UNISUITE SHELL

UNISUITE PHE
With our PHE solution, we focused on your productivity to its
finest detail. The plate geometry just to name one. You can
insert details such as the herringbone angle, channel depth
and pitch, height and width, and the software will accurately
and quickly calculate its exchanging surface, so that you can
focus on the thermodynamic calculation. Besides that, we
have fine tuned our several technical printouts templates,
with a high degree of detail.

UNISUITE COAX &

UNISUITE TUBE IN TUBE
Besides the ability to design an exchanger from scratch, you
can also see it in 3D. These tools will let you design new heat
exchangers quickly, and also produce a 3D drawing of them.
UNILAB UniSuite Coax and UNILAB UniSuite Tube in Tube are
the fast and complete solutions that covers the whole design
process of these types of heat exchangers.

THE UNISUITE PLATFORM

UNISUITE is a smart platform that includes all the software
above. It has been developed mainly for the HVAC market
but, thanks to its precise calculation models & unique tools, it
can be used in the Power Generation, Food & Pharmaceutical
industries. Take advantage of a wide library of fluids (almost
1000), you could even mix together to create new ones! Correction factors allows you to fine tune the calculations, even
if results are usually very close to the experimental data.

COILS
It is our best-seller software for the design and rating of
finned pack H.E. It has a wide library of fluids and a complete
management of geometries. To design a new coil, it could
require at least 1 to 2 hours. Using our software, this can be
done inserting a minimum data, and it will take only a few
minutes. The capacity and pressure drops results are very
accurate. It is confirmed by the large amount of customers
that achieved AHRI and EUROVENT certifications.

ELECTRIC SUITE
Design and rating of Electric Heat Exchangers. Includes Shell
& Tube, Coils with or without fins, Vaporizers and Indirect
Electrical Heaters. According to our customers, it's critical to
design and estimate exchangers with gas mixtures. Our software takes care of that with the Extended Fluid Management,
which includes the REFPROP 8 library of NIST. In a blink of
an eye, Electric Suite delivers extremely accurate results.

PCOIL
Design and verification of heat exchangers composed by
pillow plates arranged side by side and inserted in a frame.
With the use of correction factors, the results can be aligned
with your experimental data. It would take days to design a
complex type of exchanger, made with continuous or mixed
type welding. With PCOIL and the its heat transfer results,
even niche calculations like heat recovery vaporizers can be
easily achieved.

PILLOW
Design of pillow plate heat exchangers inside a circular or
rectangular tank, designed for batch applications. It calculates the time required to reach the temperature; it draws the
plate layout including the soldering, the positioning of the
passage dividers and provide details on the geometry used.
With just a click you can design both single or double embossed pillow plates types. It is a complete tool, you just have
to enter a few input data.
