Now Comes Frank Kamealoha Anuumealani Nobriga, in his capacity as the
Kahuna of the Temple of Lono, to petition this Honorable Court for a temporary
restraining order preventing the named defendants and others yet to be identified

from continuing to violate the rights of spiritual practitioners who hold Mauna a
Wakea sacred.

This Petition is supported by the accompanying Memorandum in Support of
