education for the self-directed investor. Challenged with creating live instructor lead events and on-
line self-paced training solutions for multiple markets, marketing partners and individuals. Managed a
35- to 60-member national sales team, overseeing staff recruitment, selection, and training.
 Achieved Sr. Instructor status for surpassing sales goals for 5 consecutive years.
 Generated $1.5M in personal sales while managing a five member instructor team that contributed
