We are pleased to introduce the Pioneer modular water storage tanks:

a unique Australian-made tank system that offers you the best
possible solution for a host of problems associated with water storage,
especially in remote areas. Its superior features are as follows:
RIGID CONSTRUCTION

The standard tank shell is constructed of V-lock corrugated and

overlapped Zincalume steel panels, bolted in a circular configuration.
The roof construction features a bolted truss, self bearing on the tank
shell without any ground support. Zincalume corrugated roof panels
are overlapped and fixed over the trusses. A special seal is introduced
around the roof circumference to stop the influx of any foreign material
into the stored water.
The tank construction offers a combination of high rigidity, stability and
flexibility, which is important to resist any earth movement. In fact
Pioneer Water Tanks are Zone II earthquake rated.
DESIGN FLEXIBILITY

The standard tank shell is constructed in a 2 horizontal ring design.

This could be altered by adding more rings up to an 8-ring high
construction. Each ring increases the tank height by app. 1.05 meter.
This offers the flexibility of increasing the tank height and decreasing
its diameter for the same capacity in restricted areas.
HIGH CORROSION RESISTANCE

The tank shell and roof panels are made of top quality, oven-baked
Zincalume steel, manufactured by Bluescope. Zincalume coated
steel exhibits remarkable anti-corrosion properties four times that of
hot-dipped galvanized steel.
INNOVATIVE DESIGN - TANK LINER

Unlike all other steel tanks, the water in a Pioneer tank is stored in a
fiber-reinforced, one-piece PVC-coated Polyester liner, with foodgrade properties rated for potable water usage. This liner stores the
water in a clean, hygienic and sealed surrounding and inhibits algae
growth. The liner isolates the water from effects of any temperature
rises in hot climates.
This unique liner is easily repaired, in case of accidental damage,
using a cold-applied patch. A liner repair kit is usually supplied with
each Pioneer tank.

-2IDEAL FOR REMOTE AREAS

Pioneer tanks offer a fast assemble / dismantle system, and only requires a
small-section concrete ring beam footing. It takes less than three days to
install a medium size tank, without the need of any heavy equipment.
SIZE FLEXIBILITY

Pioneer Water Tanks are made in a large capacity range from 26m3 to
2600m3, equivalent to 5,800 - 580,000 Imp. Gallons.
Tank diameter ranges from 4m to 20m and tank height from 2.2m to 8.4m.
APPLICATIONS

Pioneer tanks are ideal for storing potable, fresh, brackish and also sea
water. They have many usage in industrial or commercial facilities; military
or labour camps; irrigation; fire fighting, water desalination; fish and shrimp
aquaculture ponds; treated sewage water and others.
