Online Rates
Transferability
a) The room booking is non-transferable.
b) The person who made the credit card booking must be the same person who will be checking in. No
payment can be made on behalf of another person.

Check-in
a) You need to present all these documents upon check-in at the respective hotel's reception counter:
- original identity card (IC) or passport
- original credit card
- confirmation email
b) Should any discrepancy arise with the details in any of the above documents, the reservation will be
treated invalid and no refund will be granted.
c) This is offered to guests who checked-in on or before 6.00pm. Failing which, guest will pay the applicable
normal rates. No appeals or complaints will be entertained.
Check-in
Standard check-in time 3.00pm
Standard check-out time 12.00pm

All reservations made through our website is subject to availability of the rooms and packages. Once the
online reservation has been completed, your payment through your credit card will be charged immediately
and not upon arrival at the hotel.
Amendment &Cancellation Policy (for individual rooms reservations only)
1. Kindly advise us through email or by calling in to our call centre on any cancellation prior to the arrival date
subject to the below stated terms and conditions, otherwise a non-arrival charge of the total room nights will
be levied.
2. Any cancellation or amendments will be subject to the following:

Season: Low / Shoulder

a. Amendment - An amendment fee of 30% against the amount paid will be imposed for amendment made
within 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
b. Cancellation
i) A cancellation fee of 50% against the amount paid will be imposed for cancellation made within 48 hours
prior to the arrival date.
ii)A cancellation fee of 30% against the amount paid will be imposed for cancellation made more than 48
hours prior to the arrival date.
Season: Peak / Super Peak
a. Amendment - An amendment fee of 30% against the amount paid will be imposed for amendment made
within 7 days prior to the arrival date.
b. Cancellation
i) No refund will be imposed for cancellation made within 7 days prior to the arrival date.
ii)A cancellation fee of 30% against the amount paid will be imposed for cancellation made more than 7 days
prior to the arrival date.
*No refund will be entertained for any cancellation made after the arrival date.
3. A request for a refund for the cancellation made must be in writing together with the ROOM
CONFIRMATION letter to egwc@genting.com within 30 days from the date of issue.
4. Our Front office will not allow guests to check in should there be any amendment of names upon
registration.
5. No REFUNDS will be given for guests who do not show up at the hotel at the stated reservation date.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- We will not entertain any amendment or cancellation for payment and reservations on PACKAGES or
SPECIAL RATES Promotion.
- Genting Rewards Card members are not entitle to earn WorldCard Points (WP) for the above package
