to the 2,800-seat Academy of Music. Guided the union engineering department from silo-based
operation to a collegial group that contributed to the overall function of the Kimmel Center.
Key Achievements:
Initiated an energy conservation project that slashed utility usage to the lowest values in 11
years.
Orchestrated all aspects of a 55-person corporate office move.
Managed multiple projects including the $5.7 million enclosure of the Perelman Theater rooftop.
