reference made to the court. I have brought the photocopy of the
documentsexhibitedatthetimeoffullandfinalpaymentofthesettledsum
tomeandthesameareEx.P1(Colly)andincludethephotocopyofcheque
of Rs.20,748/ towards the settlement amount, which has already been
encashedbyme.
Inviewofmysettlementwiththemanagement,Idonotwishto
pursue my case any further with the management and prays that my
referencemaybedisposedofintermsofmyaforesaidsettlement.
