VERIFICATION OF WELDING & NDT DOCUMENTS:

Ensure Welders are qualified as per the applicable code, a register is maintained to
monitor their Ensure WPS/ PQR are prepared/ established/approved as per the
applicable code.
Renewal/re- test process.
Ensure the welding machines are calibrated.
Ensure that the welding consumables are handled as per approved procedures.
Ensure the AFC piping isometrics are in place with current revision.
Ensure the piping & pipe fitting materials are handled / stored and preserved as per
approved procedures. Ensure the issue/receive the materials and traceability are
maintained.
