Follow up factorys production planning and production status to keep the delivery on time, up
date information and working with Buyer, accessory, fabric, lining, arise problem..

To set quality targets for production operators and ensure compliance to those targets through
regular assessment and review.
To manage the quality inspectors in all areas, taking due account of training needs, ability and
capacity requirements and where appropriate to organise training where a need is recognized.
To manage weekly fitting sessions of production garments to ensure that not only does
production comply with quality and technical requirements but also that the fitting standard of
production is maintained when compared to the approved sample or sealed garment.
To assure and verify technical and quality compliance at the introduction of new lines, before
bulk production starts.
