A STRATEGIC GATHERING OF NATIONAL EE LEADERS
MARCH 22-26, 2010
This is the sermon as delivered on January 29 2006 at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church in Fort Lauderdale Florida

In 1996 a grand celebration

was held at Coral Ridge
Presbyterian Church in Fort
Lauderdale, Florida, as
representatives of the 211
countries of the world proudly
marched down the aisle
carrying their national flags.
EE International was the first
ministry to have reached every
nation on earth with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
The praises rang out and no doubt were heard in
the heavens, celebrating the work that is being
done around the globe for the Kingdom of God
by the men and women who serve in Evangelism
Explosion.
A new day is upon is. A new leadership is
seeking to reach the rapidly changing world we
live in and a new organizational structure has
been developed to foster the change. In March
2010, for the first time ever, a new paradigm will
occur in Kuala Lumpur.
National Leaders of the EE ministries from
around the world will gather, by invitation, to
consider future developments, methods, products
and relationships that will take the timeless
ministry of EE forward into the 21st century in
ways that are culturally appropriate, user
friendly and most of all, God-honoring. These
leaders have been personally invited to attend
because of their nation’s ability to meet certain
standards and accomplishments. Their input,
insight and inspiration will draw the diverse
nations closer together as “iron sharpens iron.”
A preview of this visionary event was seen at the
recent Network Leaders’ Conference held in Fiji.
Regional Directors and Vice Presidents from each of
the seven continents met together for the first time and
rejoiced in one anothers’ company as they exchanged
ideas, shared stories and developed plans for the
future.
Three Goals of the Congress of Nations:
1. That delegates will go back to the National
ministries with new ideas, resources, and other
valuable insights that they can adapt for use in their
own contexts.
2. That delegates will have an opportunity to share
their thoughts, insights and experience for the
benefit of other EE ministries.
3. That delegates will have had the chance to build
networks that they can draw upon in the future for
the mutual strengthening of various EE ministries.
The CONGRESS OF NATIONS is an arm of the
EE International Board, by allowing the national
leaders to make pivotal decisions and drive the
direction of the ministry into the future.
