found most effective to Spiritual Advancement

3rd eye opening
this took me quite a bit, to get the vibration to where I can feel it, first I tried 4 times for 4 days and
after that nothing happened, I waited 3 months and tried again , nothing, it took me 3-4 tries of the 4
days to successfully open my 3rd eye.
Basically you need to do 4 days vibrating THOTH 4 times, then take 1 day break then do another set of 4
days then take a day break then do another set etc until you open your 3rd eye, just stay consistent
with this meditation and you will eventually open your 3rd eye up , simple as that.
A tip here would be, after vibrating THOTH 4 times you would sit and meditate on your 3rd eye for 2-3
minutes everyday of the 4 days, and even after the 4 days keep meditating on your 3rd eye.
Once your 3rd eye has been opened you can move on to opening the crown.

The rest (crown,throat,heart,solar,sacral,base)

You need to take one chakra and stick with performing the vibration for it until you open it up , it will
probably take days and in rare cases maybe weeks.
For example , opening the crown , you would only work on your crown chakra performing the
meditation for opening the crown everyday until you open it up , once the crown is opened move to the
throat and do the same only working on the throat until it opens up.
When a chakra is open , you will feel it , just like your third eye which is very easy to feel the pressure in
your forehead.

As for the Sacral and base , because they are hard to feel , I have performed the sacral opening
meditation for 1 week then another week for the base to make sure they are really open.

Chakras closing up
I have found that the throat,sacral,base,solar plexus chakras can close up after time if you are not
working on them, just performing the opening exercise once will open them back up again

After youve opened your chakras up (including the main 6th chakra) you will perform this meditation to
awaken your pineal gland

perform it everyday, it might take 15-30 days to awaken your pineal (how to fully empower the pineal is
discussed in the King and Queen)

Simultaneously as you do the opening of the pineal you will be opening the front and back extensions of
the chakras also the hip shoulder and temples chakras (using the AUMs)

you can perform all of them in one day and just for one time, but I performed the AUMS for like 3 days
doing the vibrations for the main front and back and side for 3 days.
The back extension of my heart chakra received quite a bit of stimulation from the YAUM vibration and
my soul bolted wings.

The King and Queen.

This is one of the most powerful and most beautiful meditations I have performed, it awakened my
kundalini,this is a very very early stage of kundalini awakening though and is not something major.

Be prepared for :
astral projections and sleep paralysis (sleep paralysis happens because of an underdeveloped energy
body I believe)
muscle twitches
invasive thoughts etc
basic kundalini awakening symptoms

How to effectively perform this meditation:

In order for this meditation to really really work, strong stimulation of the solar plexus is needed, the key
here is performing this meditation during the hours of the sun (on the day of the sun which is Sunday)
and when the sun is in an exalted sign to get the most out of the meditation.
There were times I would vibrate RAUM and massive electricity would leak from my solar plexus chakra.
The GAUM vibration is very powerful (see Jupiter square on how to vibrate the G) my pineal used to
ache early on, for months it used to ache , but after a while and remaining consistent with the
meditation my pineal gland began leaking the elixir and the aching was gone, I will update you more
when I fully open my pineal gland which is going to be very soon.
-by continually stimulating the pineal gland it grows and becomes active.
Some benefits of this meditation:
Awakens kundalini
Gives clairvoyance and clairaudience
Gives the ability to easily astral project and stay on the astral for a longer period
Access to the ve female elixir which is very blissful (the pineal becomes easy to stimulate) and more
In the beginning weeks of performing this meditation I would feel nothing , but after a few weeks the
effects started to come in, just make sure you lay down and feel the energy of the solar plexus
connecting with the pineal and try to focus on your pineal to stimulate it.

You need to keep doing this meditation everyday until you fully develop your pineal gland.

Empowering Chakras.

This is should be the #1 priority of every Satanist, because this will help establish the foundation of your
power.
Kai purr reached an insane level of spiritual power only by empowering his chakras and the JoS didnt
have much spiritual knowledge back in 2010 only the basics were available to him.

He didnt have the King and Queen nor did he have the AUMs or other powerful Sanskrit vibrations but
he still managed to powerfully empower his chakras.

Timing is everything when it comes to empowering chakras.

We need to look at the planets that rule the chakras, look at their signs and meditate according to that
timing.

For example, if I really want to empower my solar plexus chakra I would :

1-wait for the sun to go into an exalted sign (aries,leo) (can be empowered when the sun is in other
signs aswell) do not perform any solar work when the sun is in a detriment or a debilitated sign.
2-Sunday is the day of the Sun, so this meditation will be most powerful on a Sunday during the hours of
the sun, but for consistency it is very important to work on the solar plexus chakra everyday.

I have found Satans magickal squares to be very very powerful and extreme, these are advanced and can
generate an overwhelming amount of energy

My advice would be to use Satans magickal squares to empower your chakras and also performing
separate meditation sessions for the chakra you want to empower on the day of that chakra and hour of
that chakra, spending an hour or less during the planetary hour using words of power relative to that
chakra RAUM, SURYAE. Rounds of 108 times. This I believe is the fastest most effective way I have came
across to date.
