Description:
Syndicate bank is one of the top public Sector banks in India, about 80 years in business, having
more than 22million customers and 2800+ branches. Wipro has built an enterprise
datawarehouse of clean & consistent data which can provide Batch reporting.
The Datawarehouse and Business Intelligence solution we have delivered cover the entire
business of the Bank. The source data is taken from 22 source systems that include Core Banking
Loan processing system, Credit, Risk areas and the priority sector business. Direct extraction is
applied using Informatica ETL tool. The project is using Teradata technologies. The reports
(300+) are created using SAP Business Objects tool.
Responsibilities:
Designing, developing and building the Universes,.
Checked Cardinalities, Contexts, Joins and Aliases for resolving Loops and
check the integrity of the universes

This project is developed for Kroger Co. (US), which is one of the organization that sells
various numbers of products. Kroger have various stores, which maintains Database has lots of
historical data. This project was to create sales Data warehouse and generate reports using
Business Objects. The aim of sales data warehouse is to analyze sales of major brands varying
with different promotional schemes
The system has a database which stores information about sales, profits and contracts of
customers. Using this existing database, the system should analyze the sales and profit and
generates reports for Sales and profits in month wise and year wise. The resulting model gives us
an idea about growth in profit, prediction about increase in sales
