OBJECTIVES
I am a 35 year old, hard working Canadian. My objective is to
maintain my work ethic while establishing positive relations
with students and faculty and to aid students in their cognitive
development in a variety of different disciplines based on well
thought out teaching methodologies. I am punctual,
motivated, positive and professional. My goal is to maintain
these important traits and be a positive influence as a teacher.

Helped them with exam preparation, oral development,
listening and reading comprehension, and preparation to

Taught high level students in Gangnam a variety of subjects.
Taught several different age groups between the ages of 5
and 15. This school has an intense curriculum and is still
highly recognized as a very credible school in Korea.

Taught an intensive course to 30+ high level employees at
Amway Corporation. The focus on improving their business
report writing skills.
South China Agricultural University (Guangzhou,

Taught students ranging from 15-21 in a variety of subjects
such as Marketing, Selling, Business, Geography,
Kinesiology, History, Psychology, Sociology as well as IELTS
exam preparation. These particular students all have plans
to travel abroad at some time in the near future.
XDF New Oriental School

Developed curriculum and taught students in small intensive
classes. These classes were designed to improve oral
English and prepare students to study abroad, primarily in
the U.S.A. Their ages ranged from 17-21

I have extensive teaching experience here in China and in

Korea. These are some of the more rewarding job
opportunities I was fortunate to come upon. All references

Skills
I have strong written and spoken English skills based on my
educational background as well as my extensive experiences
teaching. I also feel I have a strong understanding in most
subjects and feel comfortable with teaching a wide variety of
them depending on what is deemed suitable by my
prospective employer.
I have respect for co-workers and students and am aware of
cultural sensitivity.
I have reasonable understanding of the Chinese and Korean
language.
I play guitar, am athletic, am healthy, energetic and possess
a positive mental attitude.
