Sustainability Strategic Sales plan 25 countries / global: In search of new revenue sources for
Ericsson, innovated and led a company-first sustainability strategic plan in order for Ericsson to address
a billion euro market opportunity. Led the pilot program in 25 countries and as member of the steering
group oversaw its global implementation and coached on program risk mitigation. Approach was
adopted as best practice globally.

Set-up and led globally the Sustainability Consulting Program and a virtual team of 25 consultants.

Promoted to Senior Consultant, I was responsible for implementing the consulting governance framework in

Revenue Assurance program: Led the customer programme including technology, organization and
process streams that identified multi-million euro of potential revenue loses achieving both a positive
EBITDA impact and embedding proper change management principles.

Consulting Innovation framework - global: Explored new consulting themes, value propositions &
ways of working by having initiated, developed and implemented the Innovation framework for the
Global Consulting function. Planned the change process for the Western European region.
