Assigned from the Ericsson Customer Unit leadership team, acted as a transformation advisor and led
internal and cross organizational strategic projects. Key activities performed:
Developed and implemented business improvement and change management projects that cut across
organizations and involved people coming from more than 10 countries achieving targets.
Delivered presentations to the regional leadership team to evaluate programme portfolio, define
programme objectives, gain buy in, mitigate risks and portray progress for strategic initiatives.
Prepared and delivered workshops to large groups of leaders and professionals on change leadership
and newly developed business frameworks including processes, performance KPIs, etc.
Sales Transformation strategic programme 25 countries: Led the change management of the
sales operational model including processes, responsibilities, training, and communications that
affected 700 people from 25 countries meeting deadlines & budget, improving sales effectiveness KPIs
by 15% and Customer Satisfaction KPIs by 25%.

Achieved the consulting governance and performance drivers by increasing headcount, securing
consulting revenues over 2M and boosting utilization and billability above 80% in just one year.
Cooperated with Sales, Strategy and Presales organizations of Ericsson in order to evaluate and
prioritize the projects pipeline, securing resource availability, delivery excellence & business growth.
Aligned internal program portfolio scope with Ericsson global leaders strategic change priorities.

Sustainability Strategic Sales plan 25 countries / global: In search of new revenue sources for
Ericsson, innovated and led a company-first sustainability strategic plan in order for Ericsson to address
a billion euro market opportunity. Led the pilot program in 25 countries and as member of the steering
group oversaw its global implementation and coached on program risk mitigation. Approach was
adopted as best practice globally.
Set-up and led globally the Sustainability Consulting Program and a virtual team of 25 consultants.
Managed teams delivering Go-to-market plans, sales strategy, organizational restructuring, process
enhancement and change management work programmes.
Facilitated customer executive workshops for idea generation, problem solving, change management,
key Ericsson message communication and knowledge transfer.
Dynamic Pricing program multi country: Led the Dynamic Pricing project for a multi-country
operator in Europe including Go-to-market plan, pricing algorithms, channel & sales strategy and change
management.
Revenue Assurance program: Led the customer programme including technology, organization and
process streams that identified multi-million euro of potential revenue loses achieving both a positive
EBITDA impact and embedding proper change management principles.
Consulting Innovation framework - global: Explored new consulting themes, value propositions &
ways of working by having initiated, developed and implemented the Innovation framework for the
Global Consulting function. Planned the change process for the Western European region.
Strategic Plan for a water company to become telecommunication services provider (FTTH):
Secured and led the first consulting project in the utilities domain. Reviewed investments, managed
vendors, developed organizational structure, performance KPIs and managed change.

Travel function reengineering: Coordinated a total redesign of banking groups travel function
including vendor management, IT infrastructure, process design and change management,
contributing to a major cost reduction.
Branch Operating model implementation: Led a stream of work to deploy a new operating model in
more than 60 bank branches of a major bank in Southeast Europe affecting 1500+ employees,
boosting sales more than 20% above initial targets.
Post Merger Integration: Created new organizational chart, roles, and responsibilities for all internal
positions after the merger of two construction and real estate companies in Southeast Europe,
introducing a matrix structure simplifying management and communication.
Created a team progress reporting mechanism that provided key information on critical issues leading
to within deadlines and below budget completion of the merger.
