REPORTING

Heat Cycle charts are electronic and can be saved and reprinted
Heat Cycle data can be broken down to 15 second intervals
Calibration and S/N information prints out on Temperature Chart
Project information can be typed and displayed in multiple formats
Thermocouple readouts can be magnified to print on a single page
Actual measured time intervals of each phase designation (i.e. ramp,
hold, cool down, etc.) are clearly displayed in the report

Additional reports can be printed with piping isometrics, pictures

of setup, etc. replacing heat cycle time and temperature chart

SECTION 3: ELECTRONIC REPORTING

The advantages of turning over the heat cycle reports and records of a completed outage on a flash drive or
a CD and having the capability to reprint a chart at anytime have been unheard of in the industry until now.
Not only is all of your calibration information contained on each report, the report can be broken down to
print a single thermocouple per page so that time and temperature information does no overlay multiple
thermocouples on top of one another; this function provides increased visibility to exact temperatures on
small bore piping or critical path items.
The encrypted electronic report is time and date stamped for quality control. Furthermore, it allows the
client to provide pertinent reference data such as drawing #, weld #, unit #, outage name, etc. that is typed
in before the cycle starts and is printed in an easy-to-read and legible manner.
The following pages represent a sample report and the zoom function to zero in on specific intervals.
