brochure.
Description:
Process:
Using Adobe Illustrator, I created the logo for the front of the brochure. I chose
bright colors and found photos to match the bright colors. For one of the photos
I created a cut-out using Photoshop. Then I used a text-wrap effect to wrap it
around the image. I then built the rest of the brochure with images and text.I set
background colors and perfect alignment.

An inspirational montage made by the blending of two or more images, and the use of
typography.
Process:
I cropped the background image. I used the selecction tool to select the top image

with opacity to reveal the background through the top image. Next, I changed the

Description:
Process:
I scanned the dog image from a calendar. Then, putting that image into a word
document, I was able to add text and designs into the image. After changing
the orientation to landscape instead of portrait, Iinserted text boxes. I then added
shapes to create a logo and added more color to the font.

imaging.
Description:
Process:
First, I took a photo with my digital camera. I uploaded it and placed it into Photoshop.
I adjusted the levels of the photo to create a more vibrant red and yellow color in the
photo and decrease the noise of the tree trunk. I then added a border with the
selection tool and turned it to a red color to match the flower in the photo. Then
I added a text box to add the quote. I made the font in the quote white and red.

business.card
Description:
Process:
I used Illustrator to create the logo and then places that logo into a 3in x 2.5in
document. I created a bleed to make sure my color blocking would cover the
entire card. I also adjusted the borders so that there would be enough room
for cutting. Creating an extra logo was just a matter of changing the colors
of the initial one. So I put the alternative logo on the back of the card with the
information for the business .

stationary.
Description:
Process:
I used Illustrator to create the logo and then places that logo into document 8.5in x 11in. I
was able to change the opacity percentage of a small portion of my logo to use
as a water mark for the stationary so that it wasnt a simple white piece of paper with
a logo on it. Then, I put all necessary information on the footer section and spaced
it accordingly.

web site.
Description:
Process:
I created a basic webpage using HTML in TextWrangler. I inserted an image into the
HTML and then I explained how I created that logo and the reasoning behind text
choices, coloring choices, shapes and themes. After creating the HTML part of
my site, I then add style with a CSS code. I connected the HTML and CSS codes
together by inserting codes to do so. I changed the previous colors listed in the
copied CSS code by grabbing the color number from my logo in Photoshop.

flier.
Description:
Process:
First, I made sketches to determine what type of design I wanted to focus on. I took
into consideration the message, audience and the clients wants while sketching
our ideas. Then, I created my best flier in Adobe InDesign. Before finalizing and
printing the flier, I met with two different peers for critique meetings. This helped
simplify, unify and perfect the flier. After making suggested changes, I printed my flier.
