Instructions:
i. This form indicates your interest in applying for the ACE Startups Grant. Information provided through this
form will enable the Evaluation Panel to make an assessment of your proposed business idea. To help
SPRING expedite the processing of your application, please provide complete information, and ensure all
fields in the form are filled.
ii. If the space provided is insufficient, a separate sheet may be used. Where information is not yet available
or not applicable, please indicate accordingly.
iii. Upon completion of this interest form, you are required to submit a signed hardcopy.
iv. You may also want to consider submitting the CV of management team, business plan and other supporting
information to substantiate your business idea.
v. The above documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes to:

vi. Starting from May 2014, the Call for Proposals closes on the last working day of even months (i.e.
June/August/October, etc) at 5pm. Should you submit your application on 24th Dec or 31st Dec, please do
so before 12pm. Submissions received within each call will be evaluated in the month following the closure
of the Call for Proposals. Incomplete submissions will not be processed.
Application and approval process:
(a) Applicants need to submit an application form with complete information.
(b) SPRING shall acknowledge the receipt of submissions via email within 3 working days from the date of receipt.
(c) Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for a presentation to the ACE Startups Evaluation Panel typically in the
3rd week of the following month.
(d) Applicants will be notified of the results via mail within 6-8 weeks from the deadline of the qualifying Call for
Proposal.
