that organization provides all the above techniques, 34% of respondents said class
room, 2% of the respondents opinioned about mentoring and remaining 1% of
respondents said business games. With this we can conclude that organization follows
mostly all the above trainings which makes the trainee to follow trainers instructions
and improve skills and knowledge.
