As a manager of Projects management office PMO, I am Responsible for ensuring that all projects run smoothly
and Products are completed within budget and on time, Preparing Time Schedules using Primavera & MS Project.
Also in charge of applying procedures and systems to ensure the Production Status going well, and others.
Duties
Delivering various engineering related projects from feasibility stage through to detailed design and site
implementation Such as (Steel Structures Informative Signs)Production & Installation
Liaising with parties involved in projects.
Monitoring resources and maintaining progress against budgets.
Following the actual Status of Projects.
Dealing with site engineers regarding invoices and payments.
Negotiating modifications with Engineering department and Planning Department.
Organizing human and material resources on site.
Using a range of computer packages for managing projects.
ENGINEERING
Knowledge of Surveying Field and able to use Surveying Instruments (Level Theodolite
Total Station GPS Receiver).
Processing Surveying Data (Triangulation Networks, GPS Post-Processing, Adjustment
Computations, Connecting local GPS Network with IGS Station(s) cadastral surveying etc.
Good understanding of Roads construction Processes.
Familiar with the design codes and design of buildings.
Good understanding of design and construction processes.
Quantity Surveying.
Collecting information, investigating options and devising solutions.
Verifying the work of others.
Carrying out feasibility studies.
Using a range of computer packages (AutoCAD Advanced - Microsoft Office 2010 Advanced
in Excel-SAP2000 -ETABS - Primavera P6- Microsoft Projects Surfer Leica Geo Office
ArcGIS Beginner.
Ability to think methodically, to design, plan and manage projects.
