How to Apply

Process

Visit MOH website www.moh.gov.ae

Click on E-Services and select Evaluation

for Physicians and Technicians

Click on Evaluation System

If you have existing application on MOH system,

log in to complete your application.
If you have not registered with MOH before, click
on click here to create a new application

Click on New Registration

Create a new account by clicking on

sign up as new user

Enter the required details and click on

Sign Up to create your account, then
log in with same confirmed details

If you havent be screened previously by DataFlow

verification services, click on No to start creating
your new application

Proceed with your application by filling the required information,

upload complete set of documents as per MOH regulations &
requirements. Credit card payment for verification services is
required to successfully submit your application

If you have DataFlow report, click on yes

in order to choose authority you previously
submitted with

The system will automatically generate a link according to chosen

authority. click on this link, new search page will open to extract
DataFlow barcode by entering passport number & date of birth.
Turn back to this page to enter DataFlow barcode

Proceed with your application by filling the required information, upload

complete set of documents as per MOH regulations & requirements

What happens next?

After you complete the process, your application will
be audited by Dataflow officer within 48 hours.

Incomplete applications will be rejected with

instructions to provide the missing details and
documents
Applications that do not meet the MOH eligibility
Criteria will be disapproved, however DataFlow will
conduct the Primary Source Verification

What happens next?

Applications with previous DataFlow report, might
require additional payment if new certificates are
required to be verified & added to updated report.
This will be confirmed during auditing stage.
Complete applications will be forwarded to MOH
team for further processing and Dataflow will
conduct the Primary Source Verification.
Applicant is to follow up directly with MOH for next
step.

Each Package includes the verification of 1 educational qualification,

1 health license and required years of experience as per MOH
Requirement.
Paid Dataflow Fees are Non-refundable.

To track the status of your DataFlow
application, or Follow up on the status of
you primary source verification, send an
email at mohuae@dataflowgroup.com
quoting your full name reference number.

Appeal Process
Applicants to contact DataFlow by email at
mohuae@dataflowgroup.com regarding
Negative and Unable to Verify applications.
DataFlow will advise the steps to follow or
documents to provide in order to proceed with
the re-verification
DataFlow will inform the applicants about the
new result and update MOH.
