Following are the results tabulated from the acquired data from the survey
at Barangay Tagburos Puerto Princesa City Palawan:

PART 1: INVENTORY OF NUMBER AND TYPES OF UNITS


Among 200 households interviewed, the following numbers of housing types
are required:
a) Single Detached House
b) Single Attached House
c) Row House

o Single Detached House- the researchers assumed that a single


detached house must be composed of seven (7) family members and
above. Based on the conducted survey, 84 families must be referred to
have one (1) single detached dwelling per household.
o Single Attached/Duplex House- the researchers assumed that a single
attached/duplex house must be composed of four (4) to six (6) family
members. Based on the accomplished study, 17 families must be referred
to have one (1) single attached/duplex dwelling per household.
o Row House-the researchers assumed that a row house must be
composed of one (1) to three (3) family members. Based on the
investigation, 93 families must be referred to have one (1) row house per
household.

Other Expenses
The following are the rate of architects who are under a low cost housing
project based on Code of Ethics (found on page 34 0f 85).
3.7 GROUP-7 Housing Projects
When the Architect is engaged to undertake a HOUSING PROJECT involving
the construction of several residential units on a single site with the use of
one basic plan and specifications, the MINIMUM FEE chargeable the reunder
shall conform to the following:
First Unit..............................................................10 Percent of the
Construction Cost of one
unit as Basic Fee
From two to ten units...........................................Fee of 1 unit plus 60% of
