*Responsible for performing daily office tasks such as filing, recording, maintaining records,
copying, posting, and other similar duties, using a computer terminal or typewriter.
*Provide for proper update of data processing manuals to assure appropriate documentation and
user information, also using Med Pros, and CHCS to screen information and walk in
appointments
*Screen Optometry reports, and Audiology
*Perform generic screening of 100% of the patient records that are processed through the SRP to
mirror appropriated criteria
*Process, maintain, and file medical records and related information at the IACH, CTMC and
Caldwell clinic
*Perform typing duties in conjunction with coding, labeling, and auditing of patient records
*Ability to identify and solve problems and deviations in the work assignment using established
policies, instruction and accepted practices
*Set-up, prepared reports, letters, mailing labels and any other forms of material.
*Plan and key complicated statistical tables, combine and rearranged materials form different
sources, or prepared master copies.

*Plan for and use instructional methods to motivate and enable staff and volunteers to ensure
quality care

*Prepare meals in absence of facility cook

facility
Education: College/University
Additional Information: Computer based training (40 WPM), Full knowledge with Microsoft
Word, Excel, Spreadsheet, and Database, telephone skills, adapts quickly and easily to new
