Presently working in Hotel Radisson Blu MBD Mall Ludhiana , Ludhiana as an HR Executive from 20th
June 2012 to till date.
Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment:
Identify Business manpower requirements through continuous infraction with various deptt.
Optimize channels of recruitment ,specifically recruitment database subscription and consultant
Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle along with the team of sharp recruiters.
Manage the hiring process across middle and senior level.
Facilitate Induction and orientation for new employees.
Prepare the interview program.
Joining formalities.

Payroll& Salaries:(Compensation& Benefit) :

Carried out salary survey across area to conduct salary revision.


Salary and wages administration, which include salary advice, full & final settlement and mandatory compliance
etc.
Ensuring that payroll process begins on a timely basis.
Validating payroll inputs.
Ensuring that salaries & salary slips are disbursed to all employees within the stipulated dates.
Ensuring that salaries of all employees are in accordance to the minimum wages prescribed.

Performance Management:
Ensuring that all employees are part of the performance management system.
Involved in performance review process, defined all roles and developed role descriptions which are mapped
against Key Result Area(KRA) through daily reporting tracker system
Participated in yearly performance appraisal assessing and evaluation process.
Involved in final appraisal after receiving the feedback.

Statutory & Compliances:


Overlooking the submission of remittances towards contribution of PF, ESI, LWF, etc.
Conversant with other necessary PF & ESI Forms used in day to day official working purpose.
Coordinating with statutory consultant, PF office with regard to claims & withdrawals of PF.
To maintain employee PF and ESIC record.
To reports and presentations like manpower reports, daily attendance report, late coming reports,
absenteeism reports of on roll and off roll employees etc.
Off roll manpower management, that includes framing of contracts with a legal perspective and verification
of wage bills etc.

Employee Engagement & Staff Welfare:

Co-ordination in motivational scheme.


Suggestion scheme.
Organizing family meets and various motivated events for the employees.
Create and maintain a conducive work environment that encourages employee excellence ,full participation
and growth opportunities within the organization.

HR MIS:
Maintaining a record of employee data, appraisals, promotions, transfers, monthly attendance, birthdays, etc.
Prepared trend analysis on employee recruitment/attrition.

Grievance Handling:
Related to payroll, increment, leave policy, salary payment and other employee problems.

motivated and help them grow within the system.

Training & Development:


To co-ordinate with training manager in all training activities.
Training needs identification through process of performance appraisal.
Formulation of training calendar taking inputs from various sources.
Preparing training attendance & reports of all departments.
To maintain liaison with catering institutes for industrial trainees time to time.
To supervise, plan & coordinate the training of all industrial trainees in the Hotel
Exit & Final Settlements:

Handling of resignation and conducting exit interview.


Analyze reason for exits and provide qualitative feedback to all concerned.
Preparing a trend analysis for the reason & number of attritions.
