PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED DURING LIS ENROLLING

CASE 1:
The learner has two different LRNs.
Problem:
Multiple LRN
Solution:
Request for the correction of LRN by sending LIS Helpdesk the RF
01 via email (listrackermain@gmail.com). Fill-up the form. Let the
School Head sign it. Scan the document. Send it.
CASE 2:
You accidentally enrolled a learner that shouldn't be included in
your masterlist.
Solution:
Request for removal of the learner by sending LIS Helpdesk the RF
03 via email (listrackermain@gmail.com). Fill-up the form. Let the
School Head sign it. Scan the document. Send it.
CASE 3:
Cannot enroll the learner because of this - "This learner record has
data issues. Please contact the LIS helpdesk through
listrackermain@gmail.com or LIS Facebook page and provide all
necessary information about this learner and its enrolment for SY
2014-2015"
Problem:
Failed enrollment
Solution:
Request for the correction by sending LIS Helpdesk the RF 02 via
email (listrackermain@gmail.com). Fill-up the form. Let the School
Head sign it. Scan the document. Send it.

CASE 4:
Cannot open your LIS account
Solution:
Ask your school admin to reset your password. After resetting the
password, your username is automatically your password.
CASE 5:
Wrong spelling of names
Solution:
Wait for the housekeeping to open. Be patient. Just wait. Refrain
from asking. Just wait.
CASE 6:
Updating/Changing of the status of the learners. e.g. promoted,
retained, dropped out, etc.
Solution:
Wait for the "Upating of EoSY" to open again. You can update the
status of your learners there. It will possibly open after the
housekeeping.
CASE 7:
Checking of forms because it's almost end of the school year.
Solution:
Download the forms needed for checking. Download the excel
format NOT the pdf. Manually check or correct the data. Your
manually corrected forms will be your final documents. You can
now submit those forms as they are the corrected ones.
Note: Do not wait for the housekeeping for you to accomplish your
forms. There are instances that even though you have already
corrected your data in the LIS, the generated forms are still not
corrected as it takes time to process your requests in the system.

CRITICAL DATA ISSUES. Bakit nangyayari ito? Kapag gumagawa


tayo ng mga data corrections, na de detect ng system ng mayroong
existing similar record ang nag matched sa correction. Ito ang ibig
sabihin ng mga data issues:
1. (code CESS) Consecutive enrolments on the same school: Ang
learner ay naging enroled sa isang school ng higit sa isang beses.
2. (code MESDOFA) Multiple Enrolment with the Same Date of First
Attendance: Ang date ng 1st attenandance ay naging katulad sa
date of 1st attendance sa ibang school.
3. (code MEBoSY) Multiple Enrolment During Beginning of School
Year: Ang learner ay naka enroled sa magkaibang school ng BoSY
4. (code UTOE) Unflagged Transfered Out Enrolment: Ang learner
ay may enrollment history sa ibang school pero magkaiba ng date of
first attendance posibleng transfered in/out.
Paano ito i re resolve? Ipadala sa listrackermain2@gmail.com (with
pending request to upgrade capacity ang
listrackermain@gmail.com kaya temporary not available). Maaring
gamitin ang RF 02 Reporting Data Issues para dito at ilagay sa
dulong column ang code sa bawat learner.
