conditions of Funds Transfer as each of such terms and conditions may be modified, amended, supplemented, substituted
and/or replaced by you from time to time (collectively,the Terms), which govern the use and operation of the DBS Cashline
account (the Account) and DBS/POSB Card(s). Copies of the Terms are available from any branch of DBS and POSB, at
www.dbs.com/sg/personal or by calling the 24-hour hotline at 1800 111 1111.

A copy of the DBS Cashline Terms and Conditions will be sent to me if this application is approved. I understand that you
reserve the right to decline this application without giving any reason whatsoever.
I agree that any information provided by me in this form shall be owned by DBS. The information provided may be used
for the purposes of marketing or promoting any services or products conducted by DBS or as a joint promotion with any
other party.
If, for any reason whatsoever, the Account is closed (whether by me, you or otherwise) within the period of nine (9) months
from the date of the opening of the Account, I agree that you shall be entitled to claim from me full reimbursement of the
cost of any welcome gift which you may have given me upon approval of my application. I hereby authorise you to debit
the Account for the cost of such gift (as determined by you) prior to the closure of the Account.
I agree that the final assignment of the Credit Limit apportionment between the Card and/or unsecured loans facility where
applicable are solely at your discretion.
If this application is or is purported to be given or sent by me to you by facsimile transmission, you are hereby authorized
by me, but are not obliged to accept, rely upon and act in accordance with the faxed copy of the application without waiting
for the original application and without liability to me.

DBS CASHLINE INSTALMENT LOAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS (REF V2, 30 MAR 2011)
1. The application for Cashline Instalment Loan (IL) is subject to:
a. your Cashline account being in good standing; and
b. you not being in breach of the Cashline Terms & Conditions.
2. The loan amount requested by you in your IL application form (including interest charges and processing fee) together
with any existing IL granted to you shall not exceed the credit limit on your Cashline account which in turn shall not exceed
four times your monthly income or such other amount as stipulated by any regulatory authority or the credit limit set by
us (Credit Limit). In the event the Loan exceeds the Credit Limit, DBS shall in its absolute discretion be entitled to either
a. transfer such amount it deems appropriate; or
b. reject the application,
without liability to any party.
3. Subject to Clause 2, there is no limit on the number of IL that can be taken up for each Cashline account.
4. As a general guide, the loan amount requested shall not exceed 85% of available Credit Limit for loan tenures of 12 and
24 months; 70% of available Credit Limit for loan tenures of 36 and 48 months and 65% of available Credit Limit for
loan tenure of 60 months.
5. The loan amount disbursed to you will be the full approved amount.
6. Minimum monthly payment due will be the higher of
a. the amount equal to 2.5% of the Cashline outstanding balance specified in your Cashline statement; or
b. S$50.
7. The credit limit in relation to your Cashline account will be reduced by blocking out an amount equivalent to the entire
IL amount (in relation to this application) but will be progressively restored as each monthly instalment amount is paid
by you and received by DBS.
8. The processing fee is a one-time fee charged upon approval of the IL and is calculated based on 1% of the approved loan
amount. It will be debited from your Cashline account on your Cashline statement date.
9. The monthly instalment amount shall be debited from your Cashline account on your Cashline statement date. If such
day is not a business day, the debiting shall be effected on the preceding business day. Business day for these purposes
means any day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
10. Interest on IL will be calculated on a flat rate basis and shall be fixed for the entire duration of each IL.
11. Partial prepayment is not allowed. You may, at any time cancel any one or more of your IL by giving DBS 30 days notice
in writing unless otherwise agreed by DBS. Upon cancellation of the IL(s), all of the monthly instalments then outstanding
together with interest charged for each IL cancelled shall be directly charged to and debited from your Cashline account
or such other account as determined by DBS.

12. An early termination fee of S$150 will be levied for each IL if full repayment is made prior to the expiry of each ILs
respective loan tenures.
13. Repayment priority shall be as follows:
a. For customers with 0% Balance Transfer (BT) and IL, payments you make to your Cashline account shall be applied
first to settle balances based on whichever application is first processed by DBS;
b. For customers with BT, IL and such other loan facility under Cashline (Other Facilities), payments you make to your
Cashline account shall be applied first to settle balances for BT or IL depending on whichever application is first
processed by DBS, followed by the Other Facilities; and
c. For customers with Other Facilities, payments you make to your Cashline account shall be applied first to settle balances
starting with the lowest promotional interest rate.
14. If you have a IL and prior to the expiry of the loan:
a. your Cashline account is terminated by you or us for any reason; or
b. any amount becomes due and owing (whether in respect of principal, fees, charges or otherwise) in respect of your
Cashline account,
the remaining monthly instalments for the IL(s) shall immediately become due and payable and shall be debited from your
Cashline account accordingly without prior notice.
15. DBS has the absolute discretion to reject an IL application without giving any reason and to retain documents submitted
as its property.
16. A finance charge of 17.8% p.a. or 19% p.a. will be levied on the full monthly instalment amount (Instalment Amount)
if such Instalment Amount is not received by DBS on the payment due date. For the avoidance of doubt, the said finance
charge shall be levied on the Instalment Amount even though partial monthly instalment payment is made.
17. Notwithstanding Clause 15, if the minimum payment specified in any Cashline statement or such part of the Cashline
outstanding balance shown in such Cashline statement is not received by DBS on the payment due date, you shall also
be liable for a late payment charge at such rate as we may determine.
18. All matters relating to IL shall be determined by DBS in its sole and absolute discretion, and its decision shall be final and
binding on you.
19. The IL application is governed by these Terms & Conditions (Terms), which are to be read in conjunction with the
Cashline Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions Governing Accounts and Balance Transfer Terms & Conditions
(where applicable). In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms shall prevail insofar as they apply to the IL and/or BT.
20. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms shall have no right under
the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these Terms.

I am aware that the Card may contain both debit and credit transaction facilities and the Card may be used for Point-of-Sale (PIN or Signature) or Card-Not-Present (Online, Mail,

of such Point-of-Sale, Card-Not-Present or credit transactions via the use of the Card shall be in accordance with such limits as may be decided by DBS from time to time.
I understand that it is my duty to notify you if my Card is lost or stolen and I will not be liable for any transaction made after I report the loss.
Notwithstanding that my Primary Account may be operated by way of thumbprint and/or signature, by signing on this application, I authorise you to debit directly from my/our
Primary Account linked to the Card any payment or withdrawal for any debit transactions made via the Card.
If this application is or is purported to be given or sent by me to you by facsimile transmission, you are hereby authorised by me, but are not obliged to accept, rely upon and
act in accordance with the faxed copy of the application without waiting for the original application and without any liability to me.

The Card and PIN (if any) will be sent to the mailing address of your Primary Account linked to your card as per the Banks record, at your sole risk. Please ensure that the mailing
address is updated.

ii. The default daily spending limit for PIN-based transaction (e.g. NETS, AXS) is S$2,000, subject to your bank balance, whichever is lower.
iv. The default daily ATM withdrawal limit is S$2,000. Please visit your nearest POSB/DBS branch if you wish to change the limit.
v. The default daily spending limit for signature-based, online, mail and telephone transaction for your Debit Card account is S$5,000, subject to your available bank balance,
whichever is lower.
