The Petitioner pro se, Neil J. Gillespie, an indigent/insolvent nonlawyer, unable to obtain
adequate counsel, a person with disabilities, and consumer of legal and court services affecting
interstate commerce, henceforth in the first person, moves to toll time, nunc pro tunc , and states:

Time is not tolled in motions in the Supreme Court, unless accompanied by a separate

request to toll time. Fla. R. App. P. 9.300(d)(10),
