RUPES DUST EXTRACTION SYSTEM PROTECTS YOUR TOOLS AND YOUR HEALTH.

Vermezzo, 07/06/2015. Proper dust collection and air filtration is important in any
work area. Clean air and fast clean-up are a must, whatever application site youre
working on.
Using a centralized dust extraction system in industrial processes is a winning choice
for several reasons. First of all, for an health reason: sanding and polishing generate
contamination to the air in form of dust and particles, that can be a serious risk to
human health, and should be extracted before it reaches the breathing zone or
comes into contact with the operators skin or eyes. An extraction system equipped
with high efficiency filters can almost completely remove the presence of airborne
sanding residue.
Furthermore, there is also an organizational reason: the quality of the workplace
affects the final quality of the product, the working conditions, the costs scenario and
the general businesss productivity. Power tools provided with an efficient central
vacuum need less mantainance and last considerably longer than others, increasing
efficiency and extending the service life of your power tools and consumables.
RUPES S.p.A offers many types of turbines, swing arms, terminals, for different

always achieve maximum dust-control efficiency, while reducing time, material and
energy costs.
One of the most innovative feature of the RUPES technology is the double pump with
inverter system, the perfect solution for maximum extraction performance combined
with energy saving. This creates significant cost reduction for facilities using the
system.
Also the Cut-Off system allows reduced power consumption because the aspiration
group and filtration is started only when there is a real need, due to special valves
that automatically flow of the suction for those tools that are temporarily disabled
and activates only the tools that are actually working.
RUPES only uses high quality materials and cleaning systems, such as PTFE filters
and Rotor-Jet System. Each turbine is equipped with a cartridge filter, made of a
PTFE membrane, that increases the strength and lifetime of the cartridge filter,
more than twice compared to the traditional paper or polyester filters. The large
filtering surface, up to 8mq, helps provide a clean and healthful work environment.
Additionally, the cyclonic effect improves the filtration results, by filtering until 80%
of dust load via rotational motion and gravity.
On the other hand, the RUPES Rotor-Jet system is a rotary, compressed air cleaning
system able to remove dust from the filtering surface through an automatic cleaning
cycle, thus ensuring high level performances and environmental safety.
RUPES dust control system functional design is of the highest standard and offers
efficient environmental dust control. Lightweight design maximizes effortless and
fast jobsite clean up. Additional features have been added to enhance the system
usability, such as the automatic filter drum lifting, that allows the dust container to
be easily removed and makes the installation of the turbine easy and quick.

A built-in display control panel is been inserted, to monitor the filter status in real
time, giving all the necessary informations for turbine operation, as the filtering
efficiency of the cartridge filter and the extraction performance of the entire turbine.
The use of acoustic insulation materials and devices sets the turbines the most
noiseless of his class.
In order to make the dust extraction operations safer and more comfortable,
expecially in sanding and paint preparation applications over a large work area,
RUPES terminals are equipped with 3 or 6 meter swing arms, that remove any
obstacles of cables or hoses on the floor.
Once again, RUPES solutions are able to increase facility safety and improve the
working environment, the quality and efficiency of work in every industrial
