AGREED ORDER OF DISMISSAL AS TO REED AND SEISINT ONLY

Plaintiff Michael L. Young ("Young") and Defendants Reed Elsevier Inc. ("Reed") and

Seisint, Inc. ("Seisint") have reached a compromise and settlement of all claims between the

parties. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1), all claims against Reed and Seisint in this matter

are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Each party will bear its own costs and attorneys fees.

This cause shall remain pending as to all claims against other Defendants.

The court retains jurisdiction to enforce the Settlement Agreement between the parties.
