PROJECTS EXECUTED Development of Cordierite based Low Cement Refractory Castable: Studies on behavior of different compositions with minor additions of micro-silica and microfine alumino-silicate additives. Corrosion Behavior of Black Refractory: This includes studying corrosive behavior of magnesia-carbon based refractory briquettes used in steel ladle bottom linings by coating it with different slag compositions. Infrared Object Counter: This project is based on IR light falling on a receiver module, if any interrupt occurs, the digital counter increments one count. LASER based speech communication system: This is wireless communication system. Using LASER light speech is communicated between transmitter and receiver. Microcontroller based Temperature Measurement System: This project is used to measure temperature of any system and control it via PC interface. IC DS1621 is the temperature sensor used and MAX232 is used for serial communication.
