Work of the Foundation:
The current recession is notable for the severity of economic
contraction and the length of decline, both of which top all nine
previous recessions since WWII. This has prompted us to inspire
through art solutions or the awakening of solutions that all members
of society and all walks of life could join hands to create. Indeed, the
challenge is more overwhelming than anyone could overcome alone.
We therefore dare all participating artists to step out of their comfort
zone to collaborate with other artists in search of a collective solution. TM
Submission content: Solutions to economic crisis through self‐reliance and provident living;
education, community outreach and self‐opportunity creation; networking
and adaptability that go beyond virtual reality to involve real people and
real interactions ‐‐ all being critical for the new generation’s survival training.

Creation as well as appreciation of art can help enhance adaptation to
uncertainty because it is ambiguity that heightens interest and makes

building long‐term reserves, and in turn have them influence and
educate the public mind with power of their art. The festival theme
will be promulgated with exhibits and workshops on related topics. TM
