OBJECTIVE :
My aim as an experienced educational professional would be to make a mark in the history of
education and lay down all my potential at stake in making the mark come true. I would also
like to render my knowledge and experience to the people working under me.

Project Name: Preventing Jamming Using Multi-path Routing Techniques
Duration

: 2 semisters

Description: Multiple-path source routing protocols allow a data source node to distribute
the total traffic among available paths. This project aims at considering the problem of
jamming-aware source routing in which the source node performs traffic allocation based on
empirical jamming statistics at individual network nodes. This traffic allocation is formulated
as a lossy network flow optimization problem using portfolio selection theory from financial
statistics. In multi-source networks, this centralized optimization problem can be solved using
a distributed algorithm based on decomposition in network utility maximization (NUM). The

networks ability is demonstrated to estimate the impact of jamming and incorporate these
estimates into the traffic allocation problem. Finally, we simulate the achievable throughput
using our proposed traffic allocation method in several scenarios. Jamming is the
transmission of signals that disrupt communications. Jamming effects data transportation
through wireless network. The majority of anti-jamming techniques make use of diversity
like multiple frequency bands or multiple routing paths
