In lighting, they used pin
lights in large areas such as in the
waiting areas. They also have
large windows in the waiting areas

and in rooms to allow natural light

to come in. The use of slit lighting
is found in hallways and special
laboratory rooms.
In color schemes, they used
nature colors (e.i. pale green,
brown, and white ) in the most
populated areas to create the
feeling of calmness and serenity,
whereas they try to incorporate
colors that are more vibrant in the
laboratory areas to give life to the
neutral zones.
