MOTION TO WITHDRAW

Colleen E. Durbin, Esq., co-counsel for defendants Kenya Whitaker and Easy Software

Solutions, LLC, respectfully requests that this Honorable Court withdraw her appearance from

this matter, and in support states the following:

Ms. Durbin is an associate at Carr Maloney, PC who will be resigning on October 5,

2007 to join another firm, and thus will no longer be participating in the representation of Kenya

Whitaker and Easy Software Solutions, LLC. Dennis J. Quinn, Esq. will continue on as lead

counsel.

WHEREFORE, for the reasons stated above, Colleen E. Durbin respectfully requests that

the Court grant this Motion to Withdraw and terminate her appearance in this matter.
