The Global Village opened its door for the 19th cultural extravaganza season on November 6. If

With 31 pavilions from around 70 countries presenting over 12,000 amazing shows and

enjoyment for all. The Village is ideally located along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road
between Arabian Ranches and City of Arabia.

On the news this month the Dubai Land Department, as part of the Real Estate project revival
initiatives, revived about 43 projects on hold since the economic crisis by registering them
under Tanmia and Tayseer schemes to get investors on board and ensure completion of these
swift projects.

The Middle East investors are looking for real estate portfolio diversification with investment
opportunities not only in the residential segment but as well as commercial and hospitality
properties. Specifically the healthcare industry with its exponential growth rate is offering
attractive investment options to investors.
