    Math streaming is used by some school boards to perpetuate racism and discrimination against students. I have discovered a second such instance of same. A little background: Jane/Finch is a notorious black area of Toronto. Someone with a macabre sense of humour might do this: Send a middle class black teen from Scarborough who is struggling in math crosstown to Jane/Finch to "get some extra help". That's what's going on here. Just read the course offerings and locations.
