CUPID & PSYCHE:
Psyche was 1 of the 3
daughters of the king.
Was very beautiful
Mortal
It was said that Venus
could not equal to this
mortal.

Cupid is the son of

Venus
Assigned by venus to
make psyche fall in love
with the mst despicable
creature in the whole
world (bitter much?)
Fell in love with psyche
when he saw her
Cupid did not follow his
Mothers instructions
because he fell in love
with psyche.
Men were just content
by looking at her and
worshipping her
Psyches father went to
Apollo to ask for advice
on how his daughter can
get a good husband.
Apollo was told about
psyche through cupid
which made Apollo give
terrible advice (psyche
must dress in mourning
& be set on top of a
rocky hill & must be left
alone where she will
meet her destined
husband, a fearful
winged servant, stronger
than the gods)
The kingdom mourned
for psyche as she left.

Psyche was shown to a

palace where she will
live in.
One day she decided to
go down and visit her
family, and when she
told her sisters they
started becoming envy.
Psyche wanted to find
out who her husband
was, so one night she lit
an oil lamp and went to
cupids room and found
out it was cupid, but she
accidentally spilled oil
and woke up cupid.
They fought and cupid
ran away to his mother
who has placed him in
prison, and psyche
sacrificed herself to be
venus slave.
Psyche almost died
because of one of the
chores, but cupid saved
her.
Pygmalion and galatea:
Venus cursed the
women to be prostitutes
Galatea hates women so
he decided to make his
own sculpture.

The sculpture was so

love with it.

person, which venus
did.
