Typical Delegation of Duties & Authority to a Resident Engineer
In accordance with Sub-Clause 3.2 of the General Conditions of Contract (GCC), I hereby further
delegate authority to Mr ____ as detailed below. All references to Sub-Clause numbers shall expressly
include reference to any associated Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC). Therefore, separate
reference is not made to the PCC, except where for any reason including clarity it is necessary to refer
to a specific Sub-Clause in the PCC. Multiple delegations against a particular Sub-Clause generally
follow the same sequence in which the circumstance occurs in the text of the Sub-Clause.
