bleed design .
Features : primary soft seats & secondary metal seats design , self
relieving seats , emergency sealant grease injection on stem and seats ,
fire safe design according to API 6 FA API 607 , double body seals &
triple stem seals , anti blow out stem .
Operating temp : 65C
Material : condition sour service , body and bonnet : carbon steel or alloy
steel , trim ( stem ball seat ) : stainless steel ( 316 or 410 ) .
Differential pressure on ball : 15 kg / cm2 , time required for closing or
opening : 5-7 minute .

The manufacturer to be under take the following :1- Origin shipment and manufacturer country to be from ( USA ,
UK , ITALY , FRANCE , JAPAN , CANADA , GERMANY ) PLEASE
MENTION THE NAME OF MANUFACTURER , and the certificates
must be stamped by the Iraqi embassy in the origin country
of manufacture .
2- Must be attached with technical offer the following

Catalogue for valve including ( technical description , material

requirements , temperature ratings , drawing with part list and spare
parts , overall dimensions) .

Catalogue and drawings for gear box and actuator including the
same above .
3- Third party inspection required conducted by ( DNV , BV , SGS ) .
4- API and ISO for manufacturer required ( certificate of Authorization
and approval )
5- Other terms and conditions

Payment : 80% against shipping documents

20% after 3 months from arrival to UM Qaser / Basrah

Validity : 120 days from the closing date

Delivery period : within 4 months

Point of entry : UM Qaser

6- Witness , test inspection and maintenance for the valves and actuator to
be done by 2 electric engineers and 2 mechanical engineers from SOC
technicians .
