To establish collaboration between PT TEKNIKAINA and GAZPROMNEFTLUBRICANTS LLC, as strategic partners in the lubricants business, and establishing
shops and dealers network in Indonesia and sea region.
To supply, market, and undertake retail sales and marketing of lubricants in
Indonesia and sea region for military vehicles and equipment.
To establish lubricant packaging manufacturing in Indonesia, as well as OEM joint
venture between the two companies to manufacture GAZPROMNEFT-LUBRICANTS
in Indonesia.
To establish Indonesia as the hub for GAZPROMNEFT-LUBRICANTS sales, marketing
and manufacture in sea region, and to implement a transfer-of-technology in the
lubricants industry.
m. PT Lundin Industry Invest and BAE Systems have signed an industrial cooperation
agreement that paves the way for PT Lundin to establish a service and support hub
in Indonesia for Bofors naval guns.
