Small Biomass Pellet Plant

W hen you w ant to make pellets, you may need some equipment like hammer mill, material mixer,
screw feeder, pellet machine, vibrating screen, etc. How ever, it is not an easy task to combine these
facilities all together and place them in a limited space.
Luckily, GEMCO has developed a new type integrated small biomass pellet plant for making biomass
materials like saw dust, w ood chips, straw , hay, sunflow er husk, etc. into pellets fuel.
The MPL300 small biomass pellet plant is a complete pellet production line that includes hammer mill,
cyclone separator, material mixing & storage bin, screw feeder, ZLSP-300B R-type pellet machine,
w ater tank, vibrating screen, bucket conveyor, foundation frame and electric cabinet.

This ZLSP- 300B R- ty pe pellet

m achine makes 0.4 ton w ood
pellets per hour by using pure
saw dust. The w ater adding system
is connected and available to adjust
the moisture content of the mixed
material. We can make 6, 8 mm
pellets (diam.).

This tank can carry 100 L w ater. The

w ater pump is at 24V, capacity :
