Proclamation of the existence of The United States of America and the reign of the
heavens
I, Christopher Travis Milowski, the undersigned, do hereby declare exile in the
wilderness on the 13th day 8th month, in the year two thousand and fifteen.
I, Christopher Travis Milowski, do hereby proclaim the existence of The United States
of America and the existence of the reign of the heavens. The declared metes and
bounds for The United States of America are inscribed as follows:
The United States of America was founded in the year 1776 along the east coast of
North America, wedged between British Canada and Mexico. The original country
consisted of thirteen States and territory that extended west to the Mississippi
River. Since the year1776, a variety of treaties, purchases, wars, and Acts of
Congress have extended the territory of The United States of America to what we
know today, and
Within the territorial seaward boundaries of The United States of America, beyond
the baseline inscribed as follows, and
On the east coast inscribed as the Atlantic Ocean, twelve nautical miles beyond the
baseline, abutting the contiguous zone, furthermore, abutting the exclusive
economic zone the high seas, and the territorial sea boundaries of the United States
of the United States of America, and
On the west coast inscribed as the Pacific Ocean, twelve nautical miles beyond the
baseline, abutting the contiguous zone, furthermore, abutting the exclusive
economic zone, the high seas and the territorial sea boundaries of the United States
of the United States of America , and
On the Gulf Coast inscribed as the Gulf of Mexico, twelve nautical miles beyond the
baseline, abutting the contiguous zone, furthermore, abutting the exclusive
economic zone, the high seas and the territorial sea boundaries of the United States
of the United States of America, and,
The declared metes and bounds for reign of the heavens are inscribed as follows:
Territory: And leaving Natsareth, He came and dwelt in Kephar Nahum, which is by
the sea, in the borders of Zebulun and Naphtali, 14to fill what was spoken by
Yeshayahu the prophet, saying, 15Land of Zebulun and land of Naphtali, the way of
the sea, beyond the Yarden, Galil of the gentiles.
The declared Trust for The United States of America is The New Yerushalayim World
Trust, and the Trust for the reign of the heavens is the IMMANUEL. Both Countries

are in a Peace Treaty and share Nationality for The United States of America and
Citizen Status for the reign of the heavens.
I, the undersigned, make this declaration and proclamation as a matter of right of
self-determination according the book of Mathew and to the Law of Nations, as
amended.
So declared and proclaimed of my own free will act and deed on this 13th day of
August, 2015
