3. At the beginning of the quarter, No complaints from investors were pending, NIL
complaint was received.
4. The above results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2015 have gone through Limited
Review by the Auditors of the Company as per Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement, have
been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 13th
August, 2015.
5. Tax computation will be taken into account at the time of final statutory audit.
6. Figures relevant to the previous year / quarter have been regrouped / rearranged where

ever necessary.
