Your
Dream
Rajinder Singh Mann
I could remember the time when I was only 10 years old, I learn dreaming of
future. Like in morning I start dreaming of playing football in the evening,
having an Ice Cream in the evening. Full day I planned for my dream, even in the
school itself planned future team. Parents always insist that first I should
complete my homework and then can go for playing. At that time studies
become villain between me and football. But no choice, as soon as I reach
home, I start doing the home work. One dream is complete, another take birth.
In childhood, I never dreamt more than a day. Till I reach 10th, I started
dreaming of future life up to 2 more years. Parents started putting pressure of
on studying for professional education, otherwise future will be dim.
In nut shell, in our life when we start thinking of our future, sometimes we
dream of the situation we want in future. This is visualizing the future. And
when we visualize the future in present we start planning for the future. This is
the mantra of dreaming the future from future.
We close our eying when we visualize and
enjoy the situation. While praying, kissing
and loving others, we close our eyes,
because we involve ourselves in that activity
from our heart and enjoy the situation. In
the same way we can visualize our future
also and inspire ourselves for planning
future goals and life. Here we will discuss how to visualize our future.
For this activity, create a soothing and favorable environment inside yourself
and youre environment. Take bath; spray the room fragrance of your choice.
Start the slow music of your choice, close both eyes and start thinking of your
future, which you want to live. Visualize what you want in future.
We will cover-up few areas in which you can think of in this activity.

1) Close your eyes and start thinking what kind of financial freedom you
want in your life. How much money you
want? What kind of house you want to live
in? What all facilities you want in it? Like
you may need A/C and LED TV with sound
system, A Gym/yoga space, A big garage, A
pool, A garden etc.,. Start visualizing these
and image that you have all these. Enjoy
the house in your imagination. You may
visualize the kind of Car you want to have. Drive it to the places you want
to visit. When you visualize these, you basically live in future and a strong
desire take place in your mind and heart. You start liking this kind of life
style. After the desire, comes the Goal Setting. SET YOUR GOAL WITH
TIME LINE TO ACHIEVE IT. Dont worry how it is going to be fulfilled. Just
pen down all and start thinking in the direction.
2) To fulfill the above future, you need money. For this, visualize your future
career, with which you are going to earn to fulfill your goals. You may
think of a lucrative job or a business or a training, etc. Think of that and
live it. Once you start living that, many questions will arise in your mind
on how to achieve it, when to achieve it, what all you have to do to
achieve it. Just write down all the questions you face while visualizing.
Once written, start answering and following those to achieve your dream
career.

your dreams. Write all about the time you spend in the dreams or at

your self What kind of social work you want to do?, in which social
activities you want involve yourself, etc.
During this exercise you have face some question from your inside. Write down
all the questions which comes into your mind, think of the answer and write
down the answer also. Make diary of the questions and answers. Over a period
time, new questions will immerse and you have to answer them to achieve your
dream come true. By regularly writing, reading and reviewing your goals, we are
