A Roadmap to Election Fraud in Texas
1. We, the Citizens of Texas, through our elected
state officials, enacted a law
saying only the names of eligible candidates may appear on the state election ballot.
(No corresponding law requires any state official to check.)
2.
Eligibility Certification: Attorney Boyd Richie, Chair of the Texas
Democratic Party (“TDP”) signed and submitted to TX election
officials a cover letter (2a) and an Official Certification of
Nomination (2b) swearing Barack Obama was “duly nominated”
for President at the national convention of the Democratic Party.
Under DNC Rules, “duly nominated” means, Constitutionally
eligible for the job (p. 14, K.1 and 2). (Notice, except for the
signatures and the names on the letterhead, Mr. Boyd’s TDP
Certification of Nomination looks identical to the Certification from
the DNC Services Corporation, which was signed by the
Honorable Nancy Pelosi in her non-governmental role as Chair of
the 2008 DNC Convention (2c).)

3. Placement on Ballot: Based only on Mr.
Richie’s Certifications, TX election

on the general election ballot.

4. Request to Secretary of State for Proof of Certification: Citizens
asked Secretary of State Hope Andrade to provide all
documentation received by her office from the TDP to get the name of Barack Obama printed on the ballot. Ms. Andrade provided Mr.
Richie’s letter confirming Mr. Obama’s nomination (2a) and the Certification of Nomination (2b).
5. Request to TDP for Verification of Certification: Citizens searched the public record for documentation that could establish Barack
Obama is Constitutionally qualified for President. We found none. So, we asked Boyd Richie, what was the documentary basis for his
Certification? (09.03.09 @17:50) Mr. Richie ignored us.
6. 2nd Request to TDP for Verification of Certification: Asserting our rights under the TX Open Records Law, citizens again asked
Mr. Richie to give us (copies of) the qualifying documentation. Mark Corcoran, Special Assistant to the Chair (TDP), told us,
‘Our lawyers said we don’t have to.’ (02.12.10 @20:21)
7. Citizen Complaints of Election Fraud to AG: TX citizens filed complaints of election fraud with AG Greg Abbott, charging Boyd
Richie swore to state election officials Barack Obama was Constitutionally qualified for President to get them to print his name on the
ballot, but no evidence exists he ascertained beforehand Mr. Obama was actually eligible for the job. Mr. Abbott ignored us.
