That’s why the Instituto InSpiro para a Motivação e o Desenvolvimento (InSpiro Institute for
Motivation and Development) has developed a series of programmes for the identification and
development of talents and competencies. These programs are intended to support each indi-

The InSpiro Institute has developed training tools that allow the participant/trainee to
incorporate the learning process in his/her day-to-day personal or professional life, an
approach especially beneficial when behaviours and attitudes are being worked out. The
InSpiro courses are real programmes of “Motivation and Development of Competencies”,
demanding a serious commitment from the participants to face the challenges they will have to
confront in tasks aiming at improving the partcipant's personal potential in each of the field
covered.

In addition to some pre-defined courses, the InSpiro Institute also creates specific training
courses in response to assessments carried out in the client’s premises. This approach responds
in a more adequate and personalised manner to certain specific needs that might be
identified.

Motivation
The InSpiro Institute has created a series of programmes of Motivation and Development of
Talent, the "InSpiro Pauses", that further each individual’s personal aim of achieving a
balance between his/her private and professional lives and toward autonomy and self-
accomplishment.
Using these tools, we develop the well-being and sense of personal self-achievement of each
individual, who will feel especially appreciated by the organisation as a person. These
experiences result in a new set of social relationships between colleagues,a tool especially
effective in large organisations where the workers are geographically dispersed.
Team Building
In this process, the InSpiro Executive Retreats are especially worthy of note. In fact, after a
specific assessment of the developmental needs of each team, done through games and
recreational/pedagogical dynamics, all dimensions relevant to the enhancement of their
performances (communication, time management, decision making, etc) are worked out.
Areas of Intervention:
When the Organisation’s challenges lie in the development of the competences of its middle
and upper level management, and these require a personalised follow up, the InSpiro Institute
places at your disposal specialised professionals (coaches) in the behavioural and image
areas, who will guide them efficiently in their personal and professional development, in line
with their own pace and time availability.
