Francesc has developed for man Resorts an exclusive and holistic approach to detox that
can be extended beyond the holiday period through his particular lifestyle coaching. The first
step is a health assessment and setting the objectives for the following days. Daily follow-up,
personalized diet, herbal supplements, stretching, Yoga, breathing techniques, together with
acupressure, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, reflexology, acupuncture and moxibustion,
deep relaxation massage, craniosacral therapy and more.
