Preface
Church is on a Journey of Development in Christ (Eph. 4:13, Prov. 4:18). God is now moving
the Church to a New Season of His Purpose. There is a time for everything, and a Season for
every activity under Heaven (Eccl. 3:1). God changes times and seasons; He sets up kings and
deposes them. He gives wisdom (skilful administration in the development of Church) to the
wise Dan. 2:21. In this Season, God is doing a New Thing in the Earth (Isa. 43:18, Isa. 48:68). He is revealing aspects of His Purpose, which former generations were not permitted to
see (Matt. 13:17, Eph. 3:5). God does not change; He is the same yesterday, today and
forever (Heb. 13:8). However, Church keeps growing in the Knowledge of God (Prov. 4:18,
Col. 1:10, Heb. 6:1). Church is entering a New Season of Development. God is giving us a New
Name a New Prophetic Definition (Isa. 62:2). There is a New Dimension of Christ coming to
the Church. Like the Sons of Issachar, we have to know the Times and Seasons of God, in
order to engage in accurate Life and Church Development Processes in the Earth (1 Chron.
12:23&32). We have to observe or administer the Time of our Migration (Jer. 8:7). We have
to engage in Migration and Pilgrimage as we move to a new Prophetic location in the Spirit
(Ps. 84:5-7). God is inviting us to a Journey of Faith, in order to discover new Positions &
Systems of the Kingdom of God (Jer. 50:4-5, Matt. 13:45). This Book contains the Word of
the Lord to the Body of Christ, the Vision of Church as a Global Kingdom Civilization. This is
the current Prophetic Emphasis, in the Season that Church is now entering into. As Believers
and Church Leaders, we are all invited to engage this Word of the Lord, as we step into new
Revelation of the Identity and Functionality of Church in this Season.
Who can read this Book?
All Believers or Members of the Body of Christ who have been called to facilitate the
advance of the Kingdom of God in the Earth.
Church leaders and Pastors who need to know the current Emphases of the Spirit, in
order to build the Church effectively and accurately.

How to engage this Book?

This Book contains the Word of the Lord to the Body of Christ. It must therefore be engaged
according to the Ways, Attitudes and Mentalities of the Spirit.
1 Corinthians 2:9-16
9 However, as it is written: "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what
God has prepared for those who love him"- 10 but God has revealed it to us by his Spirit. 14
The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for
they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually
discerned. 15 The spiritual man makes judgments about all things 16 we have the mind
of Christ.
The following principles and positions must be considered and engaged when reading this
Book:
Greatest priority should be on the whole counsel of the Lord delivered in the Book and not in
the isolation of specific sections and chapters (Acts 20:27, Matt. 13:19).
Dependence upon the Holy Spirit for insight and understanding (Acts 14:26, John 16:13-15, Jam.
1:5, Prov. 3:5&7).
Possession of the attitude of faith, in order to acquire spiritual understanding (Heb. 11:3, 2 Cor.
5:7).
Attention to the inner testimony of the Spirit, as the Truths and Concepts are engaged - the
Morning Star rises in your heart (2 Pet. 1:19, Rom. 8:16, Rom. 10:8, Heb. 8:10).
Careful consideration of the testimony of the Scriptures, especially those Scriptures referred to
in the Book (Acts 17:11, Rom. 1:2, Acts 17:2, Dan. 9:2).
Meditation or thoughtful engagement of the Revelation Truths contained in the Book, so that
the Holy Spirit can impart insight into the heart (2 Tim. 2:7).
Appreciation of the Process and Journey of Revelation - Spiritual truth must be engaged
repeatedly for it to be established in our hearts (2 Cor. 13:1, 1 Cor. 13:12, Prov. 4:18).
Refraining from being locked down to technical definitions of Truths and Concepts, but rather,
correctly engaging the Spiritual Meaning behind them the Revelation of the Lord (John 5:39,
Prov. 25:2, Luke 11:9).
Openness of heart, to dialogue and interaction, in order to further establish the Revelation
Truths contained in the Book (Prov. 23:23, Acts 8:30-35, Acts 18:26, Prov. 13:20).
Attention to the Transformation of your heart, triggered by the Word of the Lord in the Book (2
Cor. 3:18).
Above all, this Book should activate a new Process of Enquiry in your heart, as you seek the Lord
and His Purpose in this New Season of the Body of Christ. This Process should be engaged
diligently and faithfully (Jer. 33:3, Heb. 11:6).

CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
GOD IS DOING A NEW THING
This Book contains the Word of the Lord to the Body of Christ. Its Purpose is to Proclaim the
Vision of Church as a Global Kingdom Civilization (GKC). Global Church has entered a New
Season, in which God is doing a New Thing.
Isaiah 43:18&19
18 Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. 19 See, I am doing a new thing! Now
it springs up; do you not perceive it? NIV
Isaiah 48:6-7
6 From now on I will tell you of new things, of hidden things unknown to you. 7 They are
created now, and not long ago; you have not heard of them before today. (see also Jer.
31:21 and Isa. 65:17). NIV
The Prophet Isaiah tells us that there is a requirement to forget the former things, in the
day of New Prophetic Initiative.
New Truth and the Requirement to Forget: In a time of New Prophetic Initiative, we have
to engage in a process of forgetting. The word forget means to not be preoccupied by
the former things, to not emphasise the former things in thought, conversation and
operations. This word does not mean nor imply that we should abandon and reject truths
that God has given to us in the former seasons. The Kingdom of God advances through the
accumulation of Truth over time and through generations. We continue to appreciate the
former Truths that have brought us to this present illumination but must nonetheless
comply to the requirement to set aside the former, as God continues to build upon it and
pronounce the New Thing that He is doing (Heb. 10:9). The word forget therefore seeks to
clarify that we should see and interpret former truths through the filter of the New Thing
that God is doing. As captured in Deut. 29:29, the revealed things belong to us and to our
children forever. Every truth that comes from God is therefore intended to establish current
and future generations (Acts 2:39, Gal. 3:29). This means that forgetting requires that we
establish new emphasis in our accumulated Doctrine because we have to live by Manna that
falls today.
The New Thing requires focus, attention and obedience from us as the Church. In a day of
New Prophetic Initiative, we cannot continue as usual with our activities. We have to be like
Noah when we see a New Prophetic Future in God, we have to move in swift obedience as
we engage in Divine Implementation to fulfil the Purposes of God.
Hebrews 11:7
By faith Noah, when warned about things not yet seen, in holy fear built an ark to save his
family. By his faith he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness that
comes by faith. NIV
Church has entered a New Season We have to observe our Time of

Migration
Ecclesiastes 3:1
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven. NIV
God changes Seasons and He reveals New Prophetic Emphases (He gives Wisdom) that the
Church must begin to engage in the New Season:
Daniel 2:21-22
21 He changes times and seasons; he sets up kings and deposes them. He gives wisdom to
the wise and knowledge to the discerning. 22 He reveals deep and hidden things; he knows
what lies in darkness, and light dwells with him. NIV
Jeremiah 8:7
Even the stork in the sky knows her appointed seasons, and the dove, the swift and the
thrush observe the time of their migration. But my people do not know the requirements of
the LORD. NIV
In this New Season, God is declaring to the Church that we must observe the Time of our
Migration. This captures the demand from God, for Church to circulate around this New
Prophetic Initiative of the Lord. The word observe means the following: to hedge about, to
guard or protect, to pay close attention, to attend to, to watch over, to administrate. This
therefore emphasises the need for us to focus and organise ourselves around the New Thing
that God is doing. This means that we must begin to establish it as an Emphasis in our Lives,
Families, Churches and Operations.
The word observe is also used in Genesis 2:15. The LORD God took the man and put him in
the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it, NIV. Adam had to take care of or
administer (observe) the Garden of the Lord. This word therefore means that we have to
interact with, engage and administer the Purposes of the Lord that are arriving in the Earth.
Jeremiah 8:7
but my people do not know the requirements of the LORD. NIV
We have to know the Requirements of the Lord: The word know means the following: to
perceive, to discern, to experience, to confess, to know relationally and experientially. It also
means sexual intercourse (see Gen. 4:1). This word therefore does not describe distant
knowledge. It describes intimacy and fellowship with the thing that God is doing. The word
Requirements is translated as Law or Judgment in other Bible versions. The word means:
a verdict pronounced judicially, a formal decree, a legal decision, justice, plans, and
instructions. The Requirements of the Lord are not suggestive but are essentially to be
received as commands. They are Prophetic Decrees that must be observed by all who live
under Gods Authority.
Church is receiving a New Name from God

There is a new and fresh Emphasis, in the Purposes of God, arriving in the Church and in the
Earth. God is moving to bring redemption to Zion, the Body of Christ. God is giving Church a
New Name (New Prophetic Definition, Identity and Functionality).
Isaiah 62:1-3
1 For Zion's sake I will not keep silent, for Jerusalem's sake I will not remain quiet, till her
righteousness shines out like the dawn, her salvation like a blazing torch.
2 The nations will see your righteousness, and all kings your glory; you will be called by a
new name that the mouth of the LORD will bestow. 3 You will be a crown of splendor in the
LORD's hand, a royal diadem in the hand of your God. NIV
The Church is once again evolving into a New Form in Christ this is the Day of our
Metamorphosis.
2 Corinthians 3:18
And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his
likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. NIV
The word transformed is the Greek word metamorphoo from which we get the English
word metamorphosis. This word means change of form and condition. Metamorphosis is
a complete overhaul, a complete change of the condition of a thing. A continuous Sight of
Christ produces a sustained process of metamorphosis in the Church (2 Cor. 3:18).
You will be called by a New Name: A New Name speaks of New Prophetic Definition
from the Lord. In every Season, Church always has a dominant Prophetic Definition that
determines its Spiritual Consciousness, Ministry Capacity and Organization in the Earth. In
this time of our Appointed Season of Migration, God is changing our Prophetic Definition
again He is changing our Concept of Church. He is moving to restructure our Sight, Mind
and Understanding concerning the Identity, Purpose and Functionality of Church. The Lord
of the Church is authoritatively bringing New Definition to the Church. The Groom is
defining His own Bride just like Adam did to Eve.
Genesis 2:23
The man said, "This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called
'woman,' for she was taken out of man." NIV
This prophetic act by Adam, is a picture of Christ and His Church (Eph. 5:31&32).
New Revelation and the unchanging Nature of God

God does not change. He is the same yesterday, today and forever (Heb 13:8). Even though
God does not change, we continue to change in our understanding of His Nature and
Purpose. Our Sight of God (Revelation) evolves as the Holy Spirit reveals more of His Divine
Nature and Purpose to us.
Colossians 1:10
And we pray this in order that you may live a life worthy of the Lord growing in the
knowledge of God, NIV
Proverbs 4:18
The path of the righteous is like the first gleam of dawn, shining ever brighter till the full light
of day. NIV
We must add knowledge to our faith:
2 Peter 1:5-8
5 For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness,
knowledge; 6 and to knowledge, self-control 8 For if you possess these qualities in
increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your
knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. NIV
The Holy Spirit reveals dimensions of God to us, according to divine time-frames. There is a
time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven (Eccl. 3:1).
Acts 1:7
He said to them: It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own
authority. NIV
John 16:13
But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on
his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. NIV
It is clear from the Scriptures that God reveals His Purpose progressively over time and
through generations.
Ephesians 3:5
(The mystery) was not made known to men in other generations as it has now been revealed
by the Spirit to God's holy apostles and prophets. NIV
Matthew 13:17
For I tell you the truth, many prophets and righteous men longed to see what you see but
did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it. NIV
Former generations pressed into God to see His Purpose but they were not permitted to see
further than what was ordained for their time. God works things according to His timeframes and not simply according to the zeal of man although it is His Will for every
generation to live with the Finish in Mind.
We, as humans and saints, have an obligation to search the matter out but God clearly
reserves the right to conceal the matter and reveal it at the proper time.
Proverbs 25:2
It is the glory of God to conceal a matter; to search out a matter is the glory of kings. NIV
Daniel 12:4
But you, Daniel, close up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. NIV
1 Peter 1:10-12
10 Concerning this salvation, the prophets, who spoke of the grace that was to come to you,
searched intently and with the greatest care, 11 trying to find out the time and
circumstances to which the Spirit of Christ in them was pointing when he predicted the
sufferings of Christ and the glories that would follow. 12 It was revealed to them that they
were not serving themselves but you, when they spoke of the things that have now been told
you by those who have preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven. Even
angels long to look into these things. NIV
God gives divine resource (dimensions of His Word) to the Church at the proper time. He
will not be forced to reveal His Purpose when He has not planned to.
Psalms 145:15
The eyes of all look to you, and you give them their food at the proper time. NIV
God does not change, but we are changing in our understanding of His Nature and Purpose.
We do not know everything about God, except that which He chooses to reveal in His own
time.
Deuteronomy 29:29
The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to
our children forever, that we may follow all the words of this law. NIV
We know in part and prophesy in part (1 Cor. 13:9-10).
Church is on a Journey of Development in Christ

Church is on a Journey of Development in the Nature of Christ. This Journey shall continue
until we have reached the fullness of the Nature of Christ.
Ephesians 4:13
Until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become
mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. NIV
Development of Church is facilitated by Revelation that comes through the Voice of the
Spirit.
John 14:26
But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all
things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. NIV
John 16:13
But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on
his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. NIV
Church cannot develop without Revelation. Development of Church is different from the
invention of new programs. Programs and Activities may produce new experiences, but
do not necessarily amount to Development. Development is the improvement and
advancement of Human Life (the Human Condition) in the Church, which is only possible
when we have seen a new aspect of Christ. Improvement and Advancement of Human Life
must be experienced in the following areas of our lives:
Our Humanity (Heart, Psychology (Mind), Character etc.)
Manhood and Womanhood
Human Relations
Marriages
Family and Parenting Processes
Productivity & Functionality
Administration of the Affairs of Human Life
There must be New Revelation of Christ, produced by the Holy Spirit, for Church to develop
for we can only be transformed (metamorphosed) when we see Him. We cannot be
transformed by a program or a human gift (2 Cor. 3:18).
When we look back at the History of the Church (and of the Faith), we
discover that Church is on a Journey of Development in Christ.
Church has always been in the mind of God. The scripture tells us that God chose us in
him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love He
predestined us to be adopted as his sons through Jesus Christ (Eph. 1:4&5).
God initiated the process of the formation of Church, through the lives of the Patriarchs
(i.e. early Fathers of the Faith). God used men like Abraham. If we belong to Christ (i.e.
if we are part of Church), then we are Abraham's Seed, and Heirs according to the
Promise (Gal. 3:29). All Promises or Prophetic words that came upon the Patriarchs
were really directed to the Church (Acts 2:39). We are the true heirs of the Promises
(Rom. 8:17).
God formed the Nation of Israel as a prototype and an example of the Nature and
Functionality of Church. Israel was a Church in the wilderness (Acts 7:38). Now these
things happened to them as examples and were written down as warnings for us (i.e.
Church), on whom the fulfilment of the ages has come (1 Cor. 10:6&11). As a Pattern of
Church, the Nation of Israel showed us that at the core of Church experience is the issue
of Migration. Just as they moved from Egypt to the Promised Land, we also must migrate
from the World System to the fullness of the Kingdom of God (Col. 1:13).
God sent the Prophets to declare the future formation of Church: Concerning this
salvation, the prophets, who spoke of the grace that was to come to you, searched
intently and with the greatest care, 11 trying to find out the time and circumstances to
which the Spirit of Christ in them was pointing when he predicted the sufferings of Christ
and the glories that would follow. 12 It was revealed to them that they were not serving
themselves but you, when they spoke of the things that have now been told you by those
who have preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven (1 Pet. 1:1012).
Jesus came and declared that He would build His Church (Matt. 16:18).
Church was finally birthed through the power of the Holy Spirit, after the resurrection
and ascension of Christ, on the day of Pentecost (read Acts 2). The 120 disciples had
gathered for a time of prayer when they were baptised in the Holy Spirit and brought to
the reality of new life in Christ. Thus, they became the seed through which God
established Church in the Earth.
The Lord left a clear instruction to the early Disciples, for the Kingdom to be proclaimed
and for Church to be established in all Nations of the World (Matt. 28:18-20). The
emphasis on all Nations has been a reality from since the days of Adam (Gen.
1:26&28, Acts 17:26) to the days of Abraham (Gen. 12:1-3), to the days of Moses (Deut.
4:5-8) and right through the Age of the Prophets (Acts 15:15-18, Isa. 2:1-4). The Apostles
and Disciples of the early Church were able to quickly advance the Gospel in the Middle
East, Europe, Asia and Africa. Church is therefore a Global, multi-racial and multi-ethnic
Kingdom Civilization.
After this period of Apostolic Advance, Church fell into a period of apostasy, generally
known as the Dark Ages. During this time, most truths of the Gospel were lost.
Martin Luther (who had formerly functioned as a Catholic Priest in Germany) broke
through the Dark Ages in the 1500s and brought the Light of the Gospel back to the
Church. Since then, Church has gone through phases and stages, as God has been
establishing and restoring Truth upon Truth. This process has taken place through what
is known as Restoration Moves of the Spirit in the Church. The scripture states that
Jesus will not come back until the restoration of all things He (i.e. Jesus) must remain
in heaven until the time comes for God to restore everything, as he promised long ago
through his holy prophets (Acts 3:21).
The Journey of Development shall continue until we present a Perfect BrideChurch before the Groom
Ephesians 5:25-28
25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her 26
to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, 27 and to
present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but
holy and blameless. 28 In this same way, husbands ought to love their wives as their own
bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. NIV
The Bride-Church is a Glorious Church that has no stains, wrinkles and blemishes. The
stains, wrinkles and blemishes are the definitions, traditions, impurities and ways of the
world. The Lord requires a Virgin Bride, free from the contamination of the World System.
The Bride-Church should be decorated with the System of Human Life in

Christ.
Revelation 21:2
Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God,
prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. NKJV
The word adorned is the Greek word kosmeo, which is related to the word kosmos. In
the beginning, God made the world (a kosmos) (Acts 17:24). The word kosmos primarily
means an orderly arrangement. It is also defined as decoration, adornment, the order of
the universe. The word kosmeo means to put in proper order, to decorate.
This word implies that Christ will not come back until a System of Human Life has been fully
developed and established in the Church. The Bride-Church is a fully decorated Church that
has an established Order or Arrangement of Human Life, which has origination in the
Kingdom of God.
On the Issue of the Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ
The Scriptures teach us the following, concerning the Coming of the Lord:
The Lord Jesus desires to come back soon (Rev. 22:7, 12&20) and the Bride (Church)
should long for the Coming of the Lord the Groom (Rev. 22:17, 2 Pet. 3:14).
The Coming of the Lord will facilitate Resurrection of the Dead and the Translation of
the living Saints it will usher us into immortal life (1 Cor. 15:51-54), and it will result
in our ultimate eternal union with the Groom, the Lord Jesus Christ (1 Thes. 4:14-18).
No one knows the exact day or hour of the Coming of the Lord (Matt. 24:36, 42&44).
The Coming of the Lord is not perceived or discerned by tracking chronological time.
To God, a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day (2 Pet.
3:8). This means that natural time does not impact the unfolding of Divine Purpose.
We must not observe natural time, to determine the things of the Spirit (Gal. 4:10, 1
Cor. 2:12&14). The Kingdom of God advances according to Spiritual Seasons (Eccl.
3:1, Dan. 2:21).
The Coming of the Lord will be activated when the proclamation of the Gospel of the
Kingdom of God has reached all Nations the Message concerning the Arrangement
of Human Life in Christ (Matt. 24:14, Isa. 2:3).
Jesus will not come back until all Prophetic Scriptures are fulfilled and until all things
have been fully restored (Acts 3:21).
Jesus will not come back until the Man of Lawlessness is revealed or manifested
this refers to a Self-based System of Human Life that is driven by anarchy, and that is
opposed to the Arrangement of Human Life as defined and outlined in Christ (2 Thes.
2:1-12, 2 Tim. 3:1-5).
The Prophetic time-clock that determines the coming of the Lord is the
Development and Maturation of Church into the fullness of the Nature and Purpose
of Christ (Eph. 5:27, Eph. 4:11-16, Col 1:28).
We therefore cannot sit and passively wait for the Lords Coming. We have to occupy
until He comes (Luke 19:13). The word occupy (pragmateuomai) means to be
busy, to trade. The basic definition of this word is a deed, a matter, business, an
affair, a legal matter before the Court of Law. The Greek word translated as occupy
is connected to the English word pragmatic. This word to be practically busy with
the affairs of human life, in a way that facilitates Kingdom Advance in the Earth. The
word emphasises practical engagement with Kingdom Purpose.
We have to facilitate the Coming of the Lord by Doing and Finishing His Purpose in
the Earth (2 Pet. 3:12).
Jesus must sit at the right hand of God until all His enemies are made His footstool
(Ps. 110:1, 1 Cor. 15:24-26, Heb. 1:13).
The Day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night (2 Pet. 3:10, Matt. 24:43).
However, to us (Church), this Day will not come like a thief. This is because we are
fully engaged and participatory in facilitating His Coming (1 Thes. 5:1-8).
We therefore cannot proclaim and be excited about the Coming of the Lord without
engaging in relevant Kingdom Purpose in the Earth engagement that facilitates the
Lords coming.
What is God Saying?

CHAPTER 2:
PROCLAIMING CHURCH AS A GLOBAL KINGDOM CIVILIZATION (GKC)
Isaiah 62:1-2
1 For Zion's sake I will not keep silent, for Jerusalem's sake I will not remain quiet,
till her righteousness shines out like the dawn, her salvation like a blazing torch.
2 The nations will see your righteousness, and all kings your glory; you will be called by a
new name that the mouth of the LORD will bestow. NIV
As quoted above, the Prophet Isaiah declares: you will be called by a new name that the
mouth of the Lord will bestow. In every season, Church has a Prophetic Definition
(Emphasis of the Spirit) that shapes its Consciousness, Ministry Capacity and Existence.
Prophetic Definition is what determines to what capacity the Church can fulfil Prophetic
Scripture. The term Prophetic Definition does not simply apply to a Denomination or a
Church Network, but describes the dominant Dimension of Christ, of Prophetic Identity and
of the Anointing of the Spirit in the Church in a given Season. This means that Prophetic
Definition is an overarching and an all-encompassing Prophetic reality that covers all Saints
and Churches in a given Season everyone of us is able to rise up and access this presiding
or resident Grace, for it is given equally to all of us (Eph. 2:18). It is the Grace that appears
from God and that shapes Church in a particular way. It produces New Possibilities in the
fulfilment of Divine Purpose. New Prophetic Definition originates in God and must be
proclaimed to the Church (Ps. 68:11). The mystery of Divine Purpose is received and
proclaimed by Prophets and Apostles (Eph. 3:1-6, 2 Pet. 1:20).
The New Prophetic Definition of the Church in this Season is captured in the word
Civilization: In this Season, Church is called to exist and function as a Civilization in the
Earth. This New Prophetic Definition of Church as a Civilization is critical for the fulfilment
and realization of particular dimensions of Christ and His Purpose.

The trumpet has been sounded in heaven and it is proclaimed in the Earth. Church is now
called by God to arise, exist and function as a Civilization in the Earth A Global Kingdom
Civilization. Church is called to discover, establish and be expressed as the Organization of
Human Life in Christ.
I declare to you by the Word of the Lord, that Church has entered a Season in which it is to
exist and function as a Civilization in the Earth the City of God and Light to the Nations of
the World. This is the Emphasis of the Spirit to the Church, in this Day. This is the activated
Prophetic Definition of the Lord to the Body of Christ. This is the Movement of the Spirit in
this Season.
Grace has been given, for us to establish Church as a Global Kingdom Civilization (GKC),
(Eph. 4:7).
This is the Word of the Lord to the Church (for all Believers, Leaders and Churches). It has
been established by God and cannot be changed by Man or Princes of Darkness.
Imperatives of the Prophetic Definition of Church as a Global Kingdom Civilization:
Global: the sphere of this current Movement of the Spirit is the Whole Structure of
Human Life. Global, is firstly dimensional and then geographic. Noah condemned
the entire world all by himself. Even though he did not have Global Geographic
Coverage, he still produced Global Impact.
Kingdom: as a Civilization, Church is functioning from the premise of Kingdom

Definitions and as the expression of the Civil Order of the Kingdom of God in the
Earth.
Civilization: God is establishing the Church as a System of Development of Human

Life (the Holy City) an expression or representation of the Organization of Human
Life in Christ.
Global Kingdom Civilization represents a New Prophetic Position, Thought and Spiritual
Consciousness that the Holy Spirit is building in the Church. It engages the Saints on a
discovery process in the Organization of Human Life in Christ.

The phrase, Organization of Human Life in Christ refers to the sight & implementation of
a set of Definitions, Arrangements and Processes of Human Life in Christ the Civil
Dimension of Christ. The term refers to the Way in which Human Life is Arranged and
Administrated in Christ.
The Vision of GKC

The word Vision means the following:
Vision (chazon in Hebrew): sight, a dream, a revelation, an oracle, a prophecy and a
mental imagination. This word means divine communication from God or a prophecy. The
word Vision (chazon) does not describe an idea from man or a self-conceived, self-inspired
dream. It captures the reality of God talking to man and that there can be no Vision except
when God talks to man. Vision is the expression of Divine Will. Thus, the possession of vision
is a result of a prophetic encounter. When one says that they have a Vision, they mean that
they have heard from God. The root word (chazah) means to gaze, to perceive, to prophesy.
The Vision (chazon) is the Burden (massa) of the Prophet: the burden which the prophet
Habakkuk saw, (Hab. 1:1). NKJV
The burden (massa): a burden, a load. The word was used to describe that which was
placed on the backs of pack animals like donkeys or camels. The word also means the desires
of the heart birthed by the voice of God. Hence, the burden (massa) became one with the
prophet (Jer.20:9). It was the very desire of the prophet and not an exercise in prophetic
ministry. The word (vision) of the Lord therefore imparted the heart and the nature of God in
the life of the Prophet.
Vision (optasia in Greek): sight, an appearance, to gaze with wide open eyes, to perceive
or to understand the meaning of what one is looking at.
Vision is a description of what we see in God. It can be defined as:
Sight of the Future State of Human Life in Christ.
Sight of the Intentions of the Lord for Human Life.

God revealed the Burden of the Vision of GKC in my heart: this Vision was not a
momentary prophetic encounter. It was released by the Lord over a period of time and it
came with clear meaning in my mind. In the Year 2004, the Lord began to reveal to me
imminent and significant Prophetic changes that would take place in the Church. This led to
a series of teachings on the Issue of the Change of Priesthood (see Hebrews 7). In 2006,
when my son Malusi was born, I had a significant encounter in which pictures of the new
design of Church began to form in my mind. In 2007, this further produced new language
that facilitated deeper clarity on what God was doing. It was during this time that the term
Global Kingdom Civilization was conceived in my mind. From that moment onwards, we
stepped into a new realm of teaching and understanding in the Church that I lead
LivingStones Agency (LSA). GKC has since become one with me. It is the burden (massa) of
the Lord I carry in my heart. I exist for the purpose of GKC. My family exists for the Purpose
of GKC. Our Church (LSA) exists as a platform for Proclaiming and Building the Vision of GKC.
Let us all engage this Vision from Heaven. It belongs to all of us.
The Formation of new Language & Definitions
The formation of new Language and Definitions is a Prophetic Function (Isa. 62:2, 2
Pet. 1:20&21).
The formation of new Language and Definitions is necessary, to capture the New
Thing that God is doing New Prophetic Initiative (Isa. 43:19, Isa. 48:6-7).
The Holy Spirit reveals New Prophetic Definitions in our hearts (Rev. 3:12).
He brings Revelation in our hearts, that cannot be conceived by flesh and blood (1
Cor. 2:7-10).
The Holy Spirit gives us Words and Wisdom He empowers us with Language to
bring Definition to the Purposes of God arriving in the Earth (Luke 21:15).
He gives us Administrative Sight of the Purposes of God (Jer. 1:11-12, Eccl. 12:9&10).
In the beginning, Adam named Eve and animals (Gen. 2:19&23).
Peter gave accurate Definition of the Lord by Revelation (Matt. 16:16&17).
The Lord puts a new song in our hearts (Ps. 40:3).

The Apostolic Imperative of GKC

Every new Impartation from God has an Imperative that drives the Building Process of the
Church. The Apostolic Imperative of GKC is the Discovery and Establishment of the
Organization of Human Life in Christ. The Driver of Church Development in this new Season
is the Search and Discovery of the Arrangement of Human Life in Christ. This is the new
Prophetic Burden and Spiritual Framework that will change and empower Churches to begin
on the common platform of Human Development in Christ and not in their Individual Visions.
The ultimate objective of all authentic building activity in the Church is, to achieve
Perfection of Human Life in Christ (Col. 1:28, Eph. 4:13). This Apostolic Objective will
produce new energy for Integrated and Coherent building in the Church. Building will take
place within a defined Apostolic Development Framework.
The Apostolic Development Framework (ADF) defines a structured, coherent and

progressive development of the Church in the three spheres of the Civil Dimension of Christ,
which are Spirituality, Humanity and Citizenship.
The Civil Dimension of Christ represents Definitions, Arrangements and Processes of Human
Life in Christ. It expresses itself in the above mentioned three interconnected spheres of
Spirituality, Humanity and Citizenship. It therefore moves the Church to powerfully organise
itself according to these three spheres.
The Apostolic Imperative of GKC is not a Ministry Gift; it is not a New Way of doing
Church. It is the very Nature and the Arrangement of Human Life in Christ. In GKC, the
Restoration Emphasis of the Spirit is the very Organization of Human Life in Christ. In GKC,
the Restoration Emphasis is the development of a Belief System as it relates to the Structure
of Human Life in Christ. It is the development of a Global Civil Consensus in the Church,
which is founded upon the Nature of Christ.
Global Civil Consensus defines a coherent process of Development of Human Life in the
Church, centred on the revealed Nature of Christ.

CHURCH AS A CIVILIZATION REVIEWING PROPHETIC SCRIPTURES
Everything God speaks is premised upon Scripture. God expresses Himself, through His
Word (Logos) and not through human opinion.

Scripture.

The Prophetic Definition of Church as a Civilization is derived from the Prophetic Images of
Light and City which are mentioned as twin images in the Prophetic Scriptures.
The Word Civilization: this word describes an advanced and well developed Organization
of Human Life. In this context, we are referring to an Organization of Human Life in Christ.
The Prophetic Images of Church as Light and City, speak of Church as a developed
System of Human Life in the midst of the Nations of the World. Scriptures further point out
that Nations will walk by the Light of the Church (Isa 60:3, Rev 21:24).
Nations will come to the Church for Knowledge

Isaiah prophesies regarding Nations coming to the Church for Knowledge (Isa. 2:1-3).
Scripture is given to us upon a set of foundational realities. The prevailing reality in the mind
of God in Isaiah 2 is that:
Church must develop a comprehensive Knowledge System that defines the Whole
Structure of Human Life.
Church must be an Agent of Development of Human Life.
Church must become a Civilization in the midst of the Nations of the World a
System of Development of Human Life.
Church must be built as a comprehensive Representation of the Spheres of Human

Life in order for Nations to engage it as a Source of Wisdom Church represents
Redeemed Human Life.
The Word Civilization describes an advanced and well developed Organization of Human
Life.

The Prophetic Significance of the Word City: this word comes from the Greek word
Polis. It primarily means an enclosed town. The word City in the Scriptures, connects to
the concept of Ancient Cities. The intended Prophetic Meaning behind the concept of
Church as a City can be traced back to the Structure and Functionality of Ancient Cities, for
they define the context within which the Prophetic Image was given in the first place.
Ancient Cities were not merely Centres of Commercial Activity. These were City-States that
developed, organised and administrated human life within their spheres and jurisdictions.
Thus, ancient Cities represented Human Civilization. The word Polis is the root word from
which we get the English words Citizenship and Politics. The word citizenship is used
by Paul in his definition of Church (see Eph. 2:19, Phil. 1:27 and Phil. 3:20). This word
citizenship simply defines Organization and Administration of Human Life. The word
Politics defines the Administration of Public Affairs that which relates to Citizens. This
word (Politics) is thus implied in the very definition of the word Church in the Greek: the
Ekklesia a Body of Citizens called out to administer Public Affairs of a City-State. This is the
same word that the Lord used in Matt. 16:18, I will build my Church (my Ekklesia). Note
that the Lord did not say: I will build my Synagogue which was simply a place of
Worship, Teaching and Fellowship.
Church is the Orderly Arrangement of Human Life

Church is a City it is a Civilization: Church represents the Organization of Human Life in
Christ, not only the activity of Worship on Sunday morning.
Revelation 21:2
Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God,
prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. NKJV
Church is a Bride adorned (beautifully dressed) for her husband. The word adorned is the
Greek word kosmeo from which we get the word kosmos. This word means to put in
proper order, to set in order. As a noun it means an orderly arrangement, an ordered
system, an orderly harmonious system, a complex orderly system, a decoration.
Church therefore, is not simply a collection of saved people. Church is the Organization of
Human Life in Christ Christ is our Light: He is the Definition of the Order of Human Life for
us. This positions Church as an Orderly System of Human Life. This means that in Church,
there must be a specific Arrangement of Human Life that is embraced by all Believers. On
the other hand, New Believers must become Converts of a System of Human Life. This shifts
the perception that the Word of God (Scripture) is simply a Collection of Sermons to the
reality that it is in fact an Outline of the System of Human Life.
Building a Structure that facilitates the gathering of people and their weekly fellowship is
different to establishing a System of Human Life in Christ. God is calling us to establish an
Order of Human Life in this Season. He is calling us to be Pioneers of Human Civilization in
Christ.

Civilization defines an advanced and well developed Organization of Human Life.

Church is a System of Organization of Human Life in Christ. What are the components of
Human Organization in Christ?
Components of our Personal Humanity in Christ:
Personal Spirituality (the Dynamics of our Relationship with God).
Psychology (our System of Thought).
Sexuality (Administration of our Gender & Gender Relations).
Personality (the quality of our Character and Behaviour).
Sociality (the quality of our Human Interface).
Productivity (fruitfulness of our Labour in Life).
Administration (Management of Life Affairs & Processes).
The Word of God (Scripture) is an Outline of the Organization of Human Life in Christ.
Scripture points us to our Civilization in Christ. It speaks into and defines all these above
mentioned components of our Personal Humanity. All believers should understand and be
able to define these components with the authority that comes from the Word of God. They
should come to the full understanding of the System of Human Life in Christ. In this way,
they will be able to powerfully articulate and represent their Belief System in the midst of
this corrupt and decaying world.

When we look into both the components of Personal and Corporate Humanity, we discover
that Scripture actually defines the Whole Structure of Human Life. Scripture speaks into the
fullness of the Human Experience. Thus, Scripture is the catalyst for Human Civilization.
Before Christ comes back, Church must be adorned. This is a Prophetic Imperative. It is very
clear in Prophetic Scriptures that there remains, in the Promises of the Lord, the Prophetic
Reality of Church as a City and Light of the Nations Church as a Civilization.
These Prophetic Scriptures are given to us so that they can be fulfilled:

He (Jesus) must remain in heaven until the time comes for God to restore everything, as he
promised long ago through his holy prophets. NIV
We are called to a position of Shared Humanity in Christ

Church is not simply a collection of people. Church is the Arrangement of Human Life in
Christ.
Genesis 1:26
Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the
fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the
creatures that move along the ground." NIV
2 Corinthians 3:18
But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being
transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord. NKJV
We all carry this same Image within us the Image of Christ. We all essentially carry the
Person of Christ in our Hearts.
Galatians 2:20
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in
the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. NIV
Through us, Gods Divine Nature is found in Human Form.
Philippians 2:7
but (Christ) made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human
likeness. 8 And being found in appearance as a man NIV
We have been crucified with Christ and we no longer live according to our own opinion. This
means that, although we continue to appreciate our undeniable racial-ethnic cultural
diversity, however, the expression of our humanity as a people, no longer originates from
our natural race, ethnicity or culture. It begins in the Kingdom of God alone.

Church is comprised of people from all ethnic groups, race, culture and languages, all of
whom have been baptised into the Nature of Christ (Rev. 5:9&10, Rev. 7:9, Gal. 3:26-29).
We have been called to One Lord, One Life, One Hope, One Faith and One Baptism (Eph.
4:4-6).
Gods intention is to build One Church One New Man His intention is not to build a Black
or White Church (Eph. 2:14&15). Church is comprised of a people of all kinds of Races and
Ethnic Groups, who are however built in the Earth according to one coherent Orderly
System of Human Life in Christ (Rev. 5:9-10). It is not the Will of God for Churches to be
organised according to their Race, Earthly Culture or Ethnic Identity. We have been crucified
with Christ and He (the Person of Christ) now lives in us. Church is therefore a place where
Racism and Cultural Stereotypes must be confronted and uprooted in the minds of Believers
(2 Cor. 10:4-5) this is what this impartation of Global Kingdom Civilization is coming to
establish.
If we have been truly crucified with Christ, then our Identity in the Earth should not be
founded in our Race, Ethnicity, Gender and Age but in Christ Himself.
Racial Ethnic Definitions must be uprooted in our minds and Christ must be formed in us.
Ephesians 2:14-16
14 For he himself is our peace, who has made the two one and has destroyed the barrier, the
dividing wall of hostility, 15 by abolishing in his flesh the law with its commandments and
regulations. His purpose was to create in himself one new man out of the two, thus making
peace, 16 and in this one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross, by which
he put to death their hostility. NIV
4 The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have
divine power to demolish strongholds (fortified systems of knowledge). 5 We demolish
arguments (earthly rationality & logic) and every pretension (established concepts &
positions that are regarded as superior) that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and
we take captive every thought (prevailing life perspectives) to make it obedient to Christ. NIV
Galatians 4:19
My dear children, for whom I am again in the pains of childbirth until Christ is formed in you,

The word formed means the following: to fashion the word was used to describe the
work of artists who shaped formless material into an image. This word therefore does not
refer to random spiritual-ministry activity. It describes a ministry activity that is driven by
vision and intended apostolic objective (a defined image of human life in Christ). The Image
of Christ must be formed in the Church. The Image of Christ represents Definitions of
Human Life in Christ. If we all carry and possess the same Image in our Hearts and Minds,
then we can engage the journey to Shared Humanity.

1 Corinthians 1:10
I appeal to you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one
another so that there may be no divisions among you and that you may be perfectly united
in mind and thought. NIV
We must be perfectly united in mind and thought. This is the Prophetic Imperative for the
emergence of Church as a Civilization in the Earth. Our Humanity must flow from the same
Definitions and not from our Racial-Ethnic Definitions and Values.
We must be perfectly joined together, 1 Cor. 1:10 (NKJV). This phrase means the following:
to be adjusted, to repair, to put a thing in its appropriate condition. The meaning of this
phrase is also captured in the word equip used in Eph. 4:12.
We must be perfectly joined together in mind and judgment. The word mind means
mentality, mode of thinking. This word can also be used to mean psychology. The word
judgment means cognition, opinion, counsel, decision-making process. This word can
also be used to mean a worldview, a life approach.
Becoming a Civilization requires our collective movement as the Church, toward a shared
Mentality, Worldview and Life Approach. We have to be moved, through the Word of God,
to a place of coherent Perspective and Worldview. How is this Possible?
If we have to successfully build Church as a Civilization in the Earth, then we have to do

the following:
We have to administrate the Word of God as a Knowledge System for Human Life
a System of Definition for our Humanity a System of Definition for our Civil
Dimension.
There must be new administration of the Word of God, that allows it to coherently,
systematically and progressively speak into the different Components of our
Humanity (e.g. Manhood, Womanhood, Psychology, Sexuality, Sociality etc.).
We all have to move as one, from the common starting place of this Knowledge
System. The expression of our Humanity (in this World) must flow from one
Knowledge System.
We must assume a new level of relationship with the Word of God, as Law for
Human Life. The Word of God is the Perfect Law of Christ; it is the Law of the Spirit of
Life (Gal. 6:2, Rom. 8:2, Jam. 1:25, Heb. 8:10, Matt. 5:17).
We have been called to one Hope, one Faith and one Baptism (Eph. 4:1-6).

CHAPTER 4:
GLOBAL KINGDOM CIVILIZATION PROPHETIC POSITIONS
Whenever God activates a New Prophetic Initiative, He firstly lays a Foundation and
establishes Prophetic Positions. New Prophetic Initiatives of the Spirit are always built upon
valid, genuine and scripturally sound Prophetic Positions.
Hebrews 1:10

Wisdom has built her house; she has hewn out its seven pillars. 2 She has prepared her meat
and mixed her wine; she has also set her table. 3 She has sent out her maids, and she calls
from the highest point of the city. NIV
Prophetic Positions describe New Convictions and Emphases that have been birthed by the
Holy Spirit in our hearts concerning the Development, Identity and Functionality of Church
in the Earth.
Let us identify the Prophetic Positions of this new Initiative of the Lord.
Prophetic Position 1: Christ the Last Adam Defining the Civil Dimension of
Christ
Genesis 1:26
Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the
fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the
creatures that move along the ground." NIV
Acts 17:26
From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and
he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live. NIV
1 Timothy 2:13
For Adam was formed first... NIV
Romans 5:14
Adam was a pattern of the one to come. NIV

45 So it is written: "The first man Adam became a living being"; the last Adam, a life-giving
spirit. 46 The spiritual did not come first, but the natural, and after that the spiritual. 47 The
first man was of the dust of the earth, the second man from heaven.
48 As was the earthly man, so are those who are of the earth; and as is the man from
heaven, so also are those who are of heaven. 49 And just as we have borne the likeness of
the earthly man, so shall we bear the likeness of the man from heaven. NIV
GKC activates the truth concerning Christ as the Last Adam. This is a significant truth when
we track the Mind of God in Scripture. Let us identify some key truth positions here:
The Adam of Genesis was formed first, primarily as a pattern (model, prototype and
an example) of Christ.
The first thing we must discover and emphasise about the Adam of Genesis is not his
Fall but his Pre-Fall Life, which is a prototype of Christ. Adam was the forerunner of
Christ (Rom. 5:14). We therefore need to study this Pre-Fall Adam in order to
understand Christ (the Second and Last Adam) and by extension, to understand
ourselves as Church.
We have to look at Christ through the filter of the Adam of Genesis, in order to
understand an important Dimension of Christ and key Prophetic Truths in our
Salvation Process.
The Adam of Genesis was formed as a Human, a Civilian, a Citizen and an Inhabitant
of the Earth and so displays the Dimension of Citizenship in Christ the Civil
Dimension of Christ.
Since the Adam of Genesis is the first model of Christ we are given in Scripture, this by
implication points to the first-ness of the Civil Dimension in the Mind of God. That is,
the Civil Dimension is the original context of the establishment of the Kingdom of God
in the Earth (Gen. 1:26-28).
The Fall of Adam is the main reason for the requirement of our Salvation. God is
restoring us back to our original state through Christ, the Second Adam. God is
therefore, not only restoring our Spirituality but our Humanity and our Kingdom
Citizenship the Civil Dimension.
Church is therefore called to be the expression of Kingdom Citizenship in the Earth

to display the Organization of Human Life in Christ, before the Nations of the World
(Isa. 2:1-3).

The Civil Dimension of Christ: speaks of Definitions, Arrangements and Processes of

Human Life in Christ. These capture the required Developmental Emphasis of Church in this
Season. Church must be equipped in the Civil Dimension of Christ. God is moving the Church
to a new position of understanding and functionality in Christ. He is establishing the Church
in the Arrangement of Human Life in Christ.
The Civil Dimension of Christ expresses itself in the three spheres of Spirituality, Humanity
and Citizenship. It empowers the Church to engage a comprehensive process of
development of Human Life in Christ.
In this way, Church will truly be empowered to come out of the World System and
represent the Civil Order of the Kingdom of God before the Nations of the World (Rev. 18:4,
Deut. 4:6-8). The Civil Dimension of Christ is therefore the new Spiritual Imperative of the
Kingdom of God. It is the new Spiritual Imperative in the Development of Church.
Prophetic Position 2: Church as a City and the Light of Nations

2 Corinthians 4:6
For God, who said, "Let light shine out of darkness," made his light shine in our hearts to give
us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. NIV
Matthew 5:14
You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. NIV
Hebrews 12:22
have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly, NIV
The Prophetic Images of Light and City are metaphors for a Civilization.
Church is the Light the expression of a Knowledge System: Paul says that Light is
Knowledge (2 Cor. 4:6). As a Civilization, Church is the expression of a Knowledge System i.e.
a set of Definitions, Concepts and Principles that improve the Human Condition in the Earth.
GKC emphasis empowers the Church to move into a Structured Knowledge System that
brings definition and that facilitates progressive Development of Human Life a Knowledge
System that defines our Spirituality, Humanity and our Citizenship in the Earth.

Church is the City the expression of Citizenship

The Prophetic Definition of Church as a City is based on the Model of Ancient Cities and not
Modern Cities as we know them. Unlike Modern Cities which basically function as Centres of
Commercial Activity, Ancient Cities functioned as City-States. Ancient Cities Defined,
Developed and Administrated Human Life within their jurisdictions. They were therefore an
expression of Human Civilization.
We have to engage and realise our Prophetic function as a City, whilst in this dimension of
mortal life. Scripture says that we have come (now) to the City of God (Heb. 12:22). Jesus
says, we are (now) the Light and the City (Matt. 5:14). Scripture does not say that we will
enter the City after we die. On the contrary, Abraham died having not received the Promise
of the City (Heb. 11:10,13,39&40). All of this means that the issue of Church as the Light and
the City speaks into a very specific prophetic function of Church in the Earth. It is not a
traditional generic description of Christian life.
Prophetic Position 3: Church as One New Man

Global Kingdom Civilization facilitates the establishment of the Vision of One New Man.
Ephesians 2:14-15
14 For he himself is our peace, who has made the two one and has destroyed the barrier, the
dividing wall of hostility, 15 by abolishing in his flesh the law with its commandments and
regulations. His purpose was to create in himself one new man out of the two, thus making
peace, NIV
The word man in this Scripture, is the Greek word Anthropos from which we get the
English word anthropology. This word basically means humanity. The Vision of God is to
establish One New Humanity through the Church. Church therefore expresses something
more than Religion. Church is the expression of a New Humanity in the Earth.
The phrase One New Man:
One: speaks of coherence.
New: something that is not known before a new invention. The word means that
which is new and better.
Man: anthropology, humanity, a system of human life.

One New Man means that Church is the expression of a coherent System of Human Life. In
this sense, One New Man is not simply confined to multi-racialism but a realisation of a New
System of Human Life.
The Process of the formation of One New Man in the Earth involves the following:
We must confront the Dividing Wall of Hostility in our Hearts and Minds Definitions
and Mentalities of the World that seek to keep us separated and divided as Church.
We must hear a new Word from God as He defines us afresh in Christ.
We must establish new Knowledge Systems that facilitate (racial and cultural)
Integration in the Church.
We must be willing to move away from our current positions and structures of Church
or Human Life.
We have to hear a New Word from God if we are to realise the Vision of One New Man. This
means that building One New Man is a Spiritual-Prophetic Function and not a Social Exercise
and Campaign. It is the expression of the Will of God and not of human goodness.
Isaiah 42:9
See, the former things have taken place, and new things I declare; before they spring into
being I announce them to you." NIV
Isaiah 48:6
From now on I will tell you of new things, of hidden things unknown to you. NIV
The Design for the building of One New Man must proceed directly from the Voice of the
Spirit so that it is not one that simply expresses humanistic ideas and opinions about Church
and Human Life. This means that without the Speaking of God to the Church, there can be
no realization of the Vision of One New Man.
The Vision of One New Man does not simply confront Racism and Nationalism in the Church
but Race, Cultural and Nationalistic Consciousness in the expression of our Humanity.
There may not be blatant Racism in the Church but there still is a lingering Race
Consciousness this is especially true in South Africa, given the history of racial segregation.
Race Consciousness is the tendency to relate with your world from the Imperative of your
Race, Culture and Ethnicity. We have to relate with the World from the Imperative of Christ.
2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!

free, but Christ is all, and is in all. NIV
The Vision of One New Man seeks to reconcile and integrate Humans and Human Life in the
Church. The Vision of One New Man cannot be realised simply by our desire to unite and
integrate. Church has been praying and longing for Unity for a long time. This Vision requires
a new Knowledge System that will facilitate Transformation in the Church. Beyond our
Desire for Unity, we need a Knowledge System and an Anointing from God that will actually
facilitate our Transformation and Integration.
Romans 7:14&15
We know that the law is spiritual; but I am unspiritual, sold as a slave to sin. 15 I do not
understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. NIV
We cannot walk into the reality of One New Man with our Old Self (Old Anthropos). We
need a Knowledge System that will produce a New Humanity in us:
Ephesians 4:22-24
22 You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self (old
humanity), which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; 23 to be made new in the
attitude of your minds; 24 and to put on the new self (new humanity), created to be like
God in true righteousness and holiness. NIV
Prophetic Position 4: Church as Citizenship

It is clear in the Scriptures that Church is not only an Assembly of the Saints but an
expression of Citizenship.
We have been given Citizenship in Christ.
Ephesians 2:19
Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God's people
and members of God's household, NIV
Philippians 3:20
But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Saviour from there, the Lord Jesus
Christ, NIV
We have to become the expression of Citizenship in the Earth.

But whatever happens to me, you must live in a manner worthy of the Good News about
Christ, as citizens of heaven. Then, whether I come and see you again or only hear about
you, I will know that you are standing side by side, fighting together for the Good News. NLT
Church is not a Geo-Political Citizenship. It is not a Republic. It is a transnational, borderless
Global Citizenship that is expressed in the midst of Communities and Nations.
Esther 3:8
Then Haman said to King Xerxes, There is a certain people dispersed and scattered among
the peoples in all the provinces of your kingdom whose customs are different from those of
all other people and who do not obey the king's laws; it is not in the king's best interest to
tolerate them. NIV
The Primary Imperative of Citizenship: Citizenship is the manner and process by which
Human Life is Organized, Developed and Administrated.
Jeremiah 29:5-7
5 "Build houses and settle down; plant gardens and eat what they produce. 6 Marry and
have sons and daughters; find wives for your sons and give your daughters in marriage, so
that they too may have sons and daughters. Increase in number there; do not decrease. 7
Also, seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to
the LORD for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper." NIV
The Primary Imperative of Kingdom Citizenship is the establishment of Systems of Human

Existence; the establishment of Systems of Organization and Administration of Human Life.
To do this successfully, we need a Knowledge System that brings definition to the
Components and Processes of Human Life. We need to raise our children in the same
Knowledge System (Eph. 6:4). We need to train up our children and youth in the same
Knowledge System of Human Life in Christ and not simply in ceremonial practices of Church
(Prov. 22:6, 2 Tim. 3:16, Titus 2:4).
Prophetic Position 5: Church as a Nation Kingdom Nationhood

1 Peter 2:9
But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God,
that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful
light (see also Deut. 4:5-8). NIV
Definition of the word Nation: the word nation used in 1 Pet. 2:9 is the Greek word
ethnos. The word defines a group of people belonging and living together a people
group. The root definition in the Greek is a people of the same habit. It is related to the
word ethos which means a custom, a way of life established by law.

What is clear here is that the word nation does not simply describe inhabitants of the
same land or people who exist in the same Geo-Political space. Thus, Kingdom Nationhood
must not be confused with the modern-day model of Nation. Kingdom Nationhood is not
Nationalism. It is the common expression of Human Life.
Kingdom Nationhood therefore has the following characteristics:
Common Spiritual Origin: we are born of the same seed of the Word of God in our
Hearts and we come from the same heavenly Father.
Shared Belief System: we believe in the same God and in the same System of Human
Life (the Kosmos of God the Kingdom of God).
Shared Identity: our Humanity is defined by the same Principles and Values.
Citizenship: we have a coherent Organization of Human Life.
Shared Culture: we have a coherent way of life defined by the same Values and
Principles.
Shared Future: we share the same conviction and prophetic insight concerning the
future of Humanity.
Global Human Existence: our existence in the earth is not bound by geographic
location, nationalism and racism but is cosmopolitan and borderless in its expression.
We carry the burden of Global Humanity that is untainted by Nationalism.
Prophetic Position 6: Church as the Expression of Wisdom (A Knowledge

System)
Ephesians 3:10
His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made
known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, NIV (see also Deut. 4:5&6).
1 Corinthians 2:7
No, we speak of God's secret wisdom, a wisdom that has been hidden and that God destined
for our glory before time began. NIV
20 Where is the wise man? Where is the scholar? Where is the philosopher of this age? Has
not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? 23 but we preach Christ crucified 24 Christ
the power of God and the wisdom of God. NIV

The word wisdom is the Greek word sophia. It means the following skill in the affairs
of life, practical wisdom, wise management as shown in forming the best plans and selecting
the best means, including the idea of sound judgment. This word also means science, insight,
enlightenment, and philosophy.
The word wisdom means skilfulness in the affairs of human life. This word therefore
captures the issue of knowledge-based administration of human life.
What is Church called to be? It is called to be a System of Administration of Human Life.
This includes the following among other things:
A System by which we analyse reality around us.
A System by which we raise our children into Adulthood.
A System by which we build Families.
A System by which we administer Human Relations.
A System by which we administer Productivity.
A System by which we engage the Affairs of Human Life.
It was common for ancient civilizations to have an established Wisdom or Knowledge

System. Egypt had one:
Acts 7:22
Moses was educated in all the wisdom (sophia) of the Egyptians and was powerful in
speech and action. NIV
We are therefore called to develop Wisdom derived from Scripture, for the Administration
of Human Life.
Prophetic Position 7: Church and the Issue of Justice (the Political Dimension
of Christ)
Proverbs 8:20
I (Wisdom) walk in the way of righteousness, along the paths of justice. NIV
GKC is producing a new spiritually conscious Political Dimension of Christ in the Church.
There is a Holy Spirit facilitated activation of the issue of Justice in the Church. Why is this
happening?
Psalms 89:14
Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne; love and faithfulness go before
you. NIV

The LORD is exalted, for he dwells on high; he will fill Zion with justice and righteousness.

Here is my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen one in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on

I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called
Faithful and True. With justice he judges and makes war. NIV
Hebrews 1:9
You have loved righteousness (justice) and hated wickedness; therefore God, your God, has
set you above your companions by anointing you with the oil of joy. NIV
The following words are translated as Justice in the English Bible:
Dikaiosune (commonly translated as righteousness) (see Acts 17:31 and Heb. 1:9):
equity, righteousness, conformity to law.
Krisis (see Matt. 12:18): to judge, to discriminate between good and evil, to give an
opinion, to judge in ones mind as to what is right.
Ekdikesis (see 2 Co.r 7:11): to execute justice.
Mishpat (see Jer. 8:7, Prov. 8:20): judgment, a verdict pronounced judicially, a legal
decision.
A Prophetic Charge
The Lord is calling the Church to sit on His throne and execute Justice in the Earth. Church is
being called to do the following:
To speak against that which is evil and promote that which is good.
To speak against unjust systems and processes of Human Life.
To defend the cause of marginalised People Groups.

Esther and Nehemiah represent the Dimensions of Grace that God is now releasing to the
Church.
What did Esther do? Esther was living in privilege as a Queen and yet she forsook her
position and spoke for masses of marginalised people (Jews) that had no platform before
the King (Systems of Authority).
What did Nehemiah do? Nehemiah was working as a Cup Bearer and yet sacrificed, to
engage in Community Development Processes with no immediate benefit to himself.
GKC is facilitating the emergence of the Esther-Nehemiah Believer the Esther-Nehemiah
Church in the Earth. This is a Church that is not occupied with its own Blessings and
Wellbeing but one that will go out and engage Systems of Authority (Kings) on behalf of the
marginalised and also engage in Community Development.
Like Esther and Nehemiah, many Saints will be called by God to engage in Kingdom
Advocacy and massive Community Development Initiatives. These Saints have to be
equipped in the areas of Kingdom Citizenship and Justice. Some of these Saints do not have
significant Academic achievements but the Spirit of God will activate them just as Isaiah
Prophesied:
Isaiah 42:1
Here is my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen one in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on
him and he will bring justice to the nations. NIV
GKC will therefore produce the much awaited Prophetic Imperative of Nations Impact.
This is a great day in the Kingdom of God!
Sustainable Nations Impact involves a widespread activation of the Esther-Nehemiah
dimension in the Church and a displaying of a Christ-like Organization of Human Life within
Communities.

CHAPTER 5:
GKC PRODUCES NEW FUNCTIONALITY IN THE CHURCH
New Wine must taste differently from the Old Wine - The New Thing is different from the Old
(John 2:10, Mark 2:22, Heb. 8:13).
Hebrews 7:11-12
11 If perfection could have been attained through the Levitical priesthood (for on the basis of
it the law was given to the people), why was there still need for another priest to come one
in the order of Melchizedek, not in the order of Aaron? 12 For when there is a change of the
priesthood, there must also be a change of the law. NIV
Every new impartation from the Lord strengthens the Spiritual Functionality of the Church.
It allows the Church to walk in new Partnership and Intimacy with the Lord. Therefore, in
the midst of this New Impartation, Church is still required to uphold its foundational sacred
Activities and Spiritual Disciplines of Worship, Prayer, Study, Fellowship etc. These
Foundational Disciplines of the Faith will be expressed even much more powerfully as God
enhances our Spiritual Understanding in this Season.
Hebrews 6:1
Therefore let us leave the elementary teachings about Christ and go on to maturity, not
laying again the foundation of repentance from acts that lead to death, and of faith in God,
NIV
Over and above these powerful foundational truths and ministry activities of the Church, we
should move on and rearrange ourselves in alignment to new Prophetic Imperatives of this
Season. These new Prophetic Imperatives, Truth Positions and Ministry Operations are
outlined below.
1) Movement to a New Faith Position

GKC produces first and foremost, Movement to a New Faith Position in the Church (Rom.
10:14-17, Heb. 6:1, 1 Cor. 13:11). It produces new capacity to partner with the Purposes of
God arriving in the Earth.
The Kingdom of God does not come to us as a fully developed system; it comes as a small
mustard seed and so requires discernment, faith and humility from us. We therefore have to
be careful not to despise the day of new beginnings.
Zechariah 4:10
Do not despise these small beginnings, for the LORD rejoices to see the work begin, to see
the plumb line in Zerubbabel's hand. NLT
To properly see the Kingdom, we have to cleanse ourselves from the filters of old
achievements and ministry patterns that we are accustomed to.

Mark 4:31
(The Kingdom of God) is like a mustard seed, which is the smallest seed you plant in the
ground. NIV
We cannot compare the small seed of the new Prophetic Initiative of the Lord to our fully
formed ministry operations, for it will always look inferior and insignificant. It is therefore
enough for God to tell us that He is doing a New Thing. We have to respond to such a Divine
Invitation with open hearts, humility and faith. Here is the Principle of the Kingdom:
Conviction comes before Information. We believe first and then understand this is the
spiritual sequence of divine movement (Heb. 11:3).
If you had asked Moses about the logistics of the Journey to the Promised Land whilst in
Egypt, he would not have been able to give you much detail but that did not mean that
God was not moving in those days. You had to believe and embrace the word, let my
people go. You would not have known whilst in Egypt that in the Desert, you would be
building Tabernacles, establishing Law, establishing the Priesthood, receiving Manna,
following a Pillar of Cloud, receiving Water from Rocks etc. God reserved the Right to
withhold that information in order to test your heart (Deut. 8:2-4).
God is declaring to us that He is doing a New Thing. We have to listen, not simply to the
words of a man, but to the frequency and testimony of the Spirit in our hearts the Word is
in our Hearts and we can activate it by faith right now (Rom. 10:8-10).
The New Word of God releases a new Anointing that makes it possible for us to achieve and
realise the things we have been longing for. We therefore need to engage the Journey with
the Lord as He invites us to New Spheres of His Divine Purpose. Let us all join hands and
move in faith, to discover what God has in store for us.
2) The Civil Dimension of Christ

GKC brings a new Revelational Emphasis of Christ as the Last Adam.
A New Revelational Emphasis

When something is an Emphasis, it means that the Church must gather around it and give it
attention and priority. Solomon teaches us that Life and the Purpose of God must be
administrated according to discerned Emphases of the Spirit. There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under heaven (Eccl. 3:1). A New Emphasis is not simply new
information but it is the New Pulsation Point of the Spirit. Thus, a New Prophetic Initiative
may contain familiar revelational information but as a New Emphasis, the New Prophetic
Initiative of God becomes the flow of divine life and energy for effective building in the
Church.

This Revelation Emphasis of Christ as the Last Adam, activates and establishes the New
Impartation of the Nature and Anointing of Christ in the Church called the Civil Dimension
of Christ.
Adam was formed first (1 Tim. 2:13) as a Pattern (prototype, model) of the One to come
(Rom. 5:14). Adam was the example of Christ.
What do we see in Adam? We see a Human, a Civilian, a Citizen and an Inhabitant of the
Earth. We see a Pattern for Humanity a System of Development of Human Order in the
Earth (Acts 17:26). In Adam, we see the Civil Dimension of the Kingdom of God.
Christ therefore, does not simply represent Religion Christ does not even represent
advanced forms of spirituality. Christ represents the very Order of Human Life. Christ
cannot therefore be fully experienced within a Ceremonial Context but in the Civil
Dimension of Life. God is now activating, in the Church, the reality of a dimension of Christ
that is very Civil in its Nature. We do not possess this currently. It is a New Thing that God is
giving to us.
The Civil Dimension of Christ Key Issues

The Civil Dimension of Christ describes Definitions, Arrangements and Processes of Human
Life in Christ. It expresses itself in the three spheres of Spirituality, Humanity and
Citizenship.
Christ is revealing Himself to the Church as Adam. Adam was a Human, a Civilian and a
Citizen of the Kingdom of God an Inhabitant of the Earth. Adam therefore represents the
Civil Order of the Kingdom of God. Adam was formed first as a prototype of Christ (1 Tim.
2:13, Rom. 5:14). This Revelational Emphasis of Christ as the Last Adam therefore
represents the reality of the Civil Dimension of Christ.
The Civil Dimension of Christ is the New Image of Christ being revealed to the Church. In
this New Season, we are gazing at Christ as the Civil Dimension (Adam). Church is developed
according to the Image of Christ (Gen. 1:26) and Church metamorphoses (evolves to new
positions of life) according to the revealed Image of Christ (2 Cor. 3:18). The Civil Dimension
of Christ represents the new platform of Christ-likeness. It defines New Spiritual
Consciousness in the Church. It is the New Impartation of the Nature and Life of Christ and is therefore a Spiritual Imperative for the Development of Church in the Earth. Church
must remove the stains and wrinkles (deficiencies) and must come to the fullness of the
Nature and Life of Christ (Eph. 5:27, Eph. 4:13). In this Season, to be in Christ, is to be
functional in His Civil Dimension the Arrangement of Human Life in Christ.
The Civil Dimension of Christ is the new Anointing of the Spirit that is coming to the Church
in this Season. It will facilitate Development of Church to new levels of Spiritual Maturity
and Functionality. It is the Grace that will empower us with Wisdom and Building Power to

develop Church as a Global Kingdom Civilization (the Organization of Human Life in Christ)
and erect new Structures of the Kingdom in the Earth. This Anointing will impart new ability
upon the Church, to see into the Arrangement of Human Life in Christ and establish it in the
Earth. It will produce new Ministry Patterns and Operations that have never been seen in
the Church before. It will produce new capacity in the Church to impact Nations for
through Adam, Nations were developed (Acts 17:26).
The Civil Dimension of Christ therefore facilitates our participation in the Divine Nature of
God (2 Pet. 1:4). The Civil Dimension of Christ will produce the Nature of Christ in us (Christlikeness) and not simply Social Programs and Activities. It is a New Day in God!
The Civil Dimension of Christ is the Cornerstone of GKC

Every New Prophetic Initiative of God must have a Cornerstone. The Cornerstone is the first
Stone set in the construction of a foundation, important since all other stones will be set in
reference to this Stone, thus determining the position of the entire structure.
In ancient building structures, the Cornerstone was the most important Stone in the building.
It set the level, angle, and outer dimensions of the building.
The Cornerstone can be defined as the basic, fundamental, core revelation of Christ that
provides structure and stability to the Building Process of Church in the New Prophetic
Initiative of the Lord.
The Cornerstone is the foundation that provides stability to the structure of the New
Prophetic Initiative of God. It is the basic fundamental truth-position that holds the
structure of New Knowledge together. If we do not discern and grasp the Cornerstone, we
will not be able to build in this New Season of God.
The revelation of the Civil Dimension of Christ is the Cornerstone of GKC. It is the trigger
and the starting place of all Building Processes in this New Season of Church. It holds the
Structure of GKC together. It provides a powerful foundation upon which Development of
Human Life will take place in the Church. We cannot build anything inside of this Season
without firstly emphasising the Revelation of the Civil Dimension of Christ to us. Church
cannot be established as a Civilization in the Earth without the Impartation and Activation of
the Civil Dimension of Christ. God is laying the Stone in Zion:
1 Peter 2:6-8
6 Therefore it is also contained in the Scripture, "Behold, I lay in Zion a chief cornerstone,
elect, precious, and he who believes on Him will by no means be put to shame." 7 Therefore,
to you who believe, He is precious; but to those who are disobedient, "The stone which the
builders rejected Has become the chief cornerstone," 8 and "a stone of stumbling And a
rock of offense." NKJV

3) A new Apostolic Development Framework (ADF)
Church is organised according to the three interconnected Spheres of the Civil Dimension
of Christ: Spirituality, Humanity and Citizenship.
GKC establishes Church within the three interconnected Spheres of the Civil Dimension of
Christ: Spirituality, Humanity and Citizenship. These three Spheres constitute the Apostolic
Development Framework for the Church in this Season.
Spirituality: Church will continue to build the Personal and Corporate Spirituality of
the Saints, establishing them in the correct processes of Spiritual Growth.
Humanity: Church is now called to engage in a structured and progressive Human

Development Process. The Kingdom of God was initiated through a Human
Development Process (Gen. 1:26-28). There is a new grace coming from God, for the
Church to identify Components of Human Life and bring Definition to them.
Citizenship: Church is receiving new Revelation of the Organization of Human Life in

Christ. This new Revelation will be established in the Church and proclaimed to the
Nations of the World.
The expression of the Nature of Christ in these three spheres, becomes a Prophetic
Imperative in this New Season. It will facilitate the appropriation of the fullness of the
Nature of Christ (Eph. 4:13). It will also facilitate Deliverance and Purification of the Church
from the Ways of the World (Rev 18:4).
4) The Scope of the Word of God is broadened to define Our Spirituality,

Humanity and Citizenship in the Earth
In this Season of GKC, there is a new Grace to administer the Word of the Lord in a manner
that allows it to speak into the spheres of the Civil Dimension of Christ: Spirituality,
Humanity and Citizenship. These three spheres define the Apostolic Development
Framework of the Church in this Season. God is raising a new configuration of Leaders and
Teachers (New Priesthood), with new ability to administer the Word of God in the spheres
of the Civil Dimension.
There is a new capacity, emerging in the Church, to arrange the Word of Truth into different
practical components of our Humanity and Citizenship: our Spirituality, Psychology,
Sexuality, Sociality, Administration etc.

This will allow the Word of the Lord to powerfully define our Human Existence in the Earth,
in the way that no other Church Generation has been able to do before.
5) Building Church upon the Platform of an Equalized Demand of Human Life

God is opening our eyes to see the limited and inherently deficient structure of Human Life
in the World System. In the World, Societies are perceived, classified and engaged according
to their Academic levels. There are Educated and Uneducated groups of society. The
Educated Group is perceived to have the ability to interact with complex dimensions of
human life while the Uneducated Group is kept on the periphery of life.
Church should not be organised according to the same Definitions and Arrangements of the
World System, this is because of the following reasons:
Christ represents a System premised upon an Equalized Demand of Human Life. We

are all equally expected by God to engage the complexity of Christ-likeness,
regardless of our Academic qualifications.
Even the processes of Life do not engage us according to our Academic qualifications.
Life engages us from the same complexity and intensity as Humans and Inhabitants
living in the same Earth.
Human Existence is established upon an Equalized Demand of Human Life. Life does not
configure itself based on ones Academic qualifications. We are all born into the arena of life
that places generic demands upon us both the Educated and the Uneducated. As we
evolve through life into Adulthood, we all have to build Families and raise Kids. We all exist
within the same complex System of Human Life. We all have to manage Economic
Resources. Regardless of our Academic qualifications, we all nonetheless are engaged in the
same Social, Economic and Political Processes. Although the Education System has an
important role to play in the Development of Society, the Academic filter can however
produce artificial perspectives that are disconnected from life processes on the ground.
Galatians 3:27
For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. 28 There is
neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. NIV
Colossians 3:11
Barbarians, Scythians and Slaves were regarded as unsophisticated People Groups who (in
the eyes of the Greeks) did not possess the same Knowledge of Human Life that the Greeks
were exposed to.

The Life of Christ is dispensed equally to all groups of Society, simply because Human Life
puts the same demand upon all Humans, regardless of their Academic qualifications and
Social positions:

I am a debtor both to Greeks and to barbarians, both to wise and to unwise, NKJV.

For through him we both have access to the Father by one Spirit. NIV
An Equalized Demand of Human Life Some key issues worth noting:
All Humans across varying Cultures, Social Classes and Educational Backgrounds exist
within the same Complexity of Human Life.
The Civil Dimension of Christ cuts through the artificial layer of Education, to expose
the reality of the Complexity of Human Life in which all Believers and Humans exist.
All Believers and Humans across Social Classes, need to understand Administration
Processes of the Components of their Humanity and Citizenship regardless of their
Academic qualifications.
All Believers are called by God to display Christ-likeness within this Complex
Arrangement of Human Life (the World System). If some are not equipped, because
of their Educational Backgrounds, then Church will continue to be compromised in
the Earth.
All Believers therefore equally need to be empowered with Knowledge in order to

understand Arrangements and Processes of Human Life in Christ.
The first System of Human Life that Believers must understand, is the Kingdom of God
the Organization of Human Life in Christ. If Believers are equipped to understand
this Alpha System, then they will be able to effectively interact with the Systems of
the World.
To deprive Believers of this Knowledge, does not exempt them from Complexity but it
leaves them disempowered in the Complexity they already exist in.
Within the GKC Dispensation, there is a new Grace to educate Believers (Educated and
Uneducated) on the Definitions, Arrangements and Processes of Human Life in Christ the
Civil Dimension of Christ. This is an important principle of equality in the dispensation of
Truth.
2 Corinthians 8:13
Our desire is not that others might be relieved while you are hard pressed, but that there
might be equality, NIV.

GKC puts new emphasis on Kingdom Education in the Church education about the System
of Human Life in Christ. In the same way that God educated Adam about the Garden of
Eden, Believers must also be educated about the System of Human Life in Christ (Gen. 2:1517). For this reason, when Christ died, the Curtain of the Temple was torn into two this
indicated the issue of access to life for all who believe, educated and uneducated.
Matthew 27:51
At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth
shook and the rocks split. NIV

Adam and the Issue of Equalized Kingdom Education

Genesis 2:16-17
16 And the LORD God commanded the man, "You are free to eat from any tree in the
garden; 17 but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when
you eat of it you will surely die." NIV
Hebrews 8:10-11
This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I
will put my laws in their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they
will be my people. 11 they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest. NIV
The Word of God is the Alpha System that must be taught extensively in the Church (John
1:1-2). All Structures of Human Life are produced by the Word of God (Prov. 8:12-31, 2 Pet.
3:5, John 1:3). Before Believers can be expected to understand Social, Economic and Political
Systems of the World, they must firstly understand the Word of God as an Outline of the
System of Human Life. This is not an Academic issue. This is a Kingdom Imperative. The
Word of God addresses the full Human Experience it speaks into the Whole Structure of
Human Life. It speaks into the most intimate and micro components of our Humanity as well
as vast and macro Systems of Human Life. The Word is Law for Human Life a System of
Definition for Human Life. It addresses Personal Life, Family, Finance, Workplace life,
Economics, Politics and all other spheres of life. There must therefore be a new Structured
and Progressive non-academic Kingdom Education in the Church, to equip the Saints in the
Definitions, Arrangements and Processes of Human Life in Christ (the Civil Dimension of
Christ). This is the first thing God did to Adam. He educated him about the Structure of Life
in the Garden of Eden.
6) The Saints are equipped as Kingdom Citizens

Ephesians 2:19
Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God's people
and members of God's household, NIV
Philippians 1:27
But whatever happens to me, you must live in a manner worthy of the Good News about
Christ, as citizens of heaven. Then, whether I come and see you again or only hear about you,
I will know that you are standing side by side, fighting together for the Good News.

The term Kingdom Citizen is not used here as a generic ceremonial Christian description
but as a Functional Prophetic Reality that must be built and realised. Thus, the term
Kingdom Citizen points to real functionality in Christ. Saints must practically be equipped
to exist and function as Kingdom Citizens in the Earth.
Ephesians 4:12
Equip the saints for the work of the ministry, so that the body of Christ may be built up NIV
What defines a Kingdom Citizen?
A Kingdom Citizen is one who administrates the affairs of life according to

Definitions, Arrangements and Processes of Human Life in Christ.
It is one who is connected, not simply to a Church Organization, but to the System of
Human Life that originates in the Kingdom.
And it is one who actively advocates, primarily through lifestyle, for the Arrangement
of Human Life in Christ upon the Earth.
For the Saints to come to this level of existence and functionality, they must be equipped.
The word equip used in Eph. 4:12 means the following to make fully ready, to adjust, to
put a thing in its appropriate condition, to mend that which is broken, to set in order, to
make something suitable and fit.
GKC therefore gives us new eyes to see Church, not only as an Assembly of Believers and
Worshippers but also as an Assembly of Citizens Kingdom Citizens. GKC builds upon the
platform of Adam, who was a Human, a Civilian, a Citizen and an Inhabitant of the Earth.
Philippians 1:27
Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. Then,
whether I come and see you or only hear about you in my absence, I will know that you stand
firm in one spirit, contending as one man for the faith of the gospel. NIV
The word conduct used in Philippians 1:27 in the NIV, is the Greek word politeuomai which
means to behave as a citizen, to conduct oneself according to the laws and customs of a
state, to live or to order ones life and conduct in accordance with a certain rule.
The reality here, is that a Citizen does not live from the authority of personal opinion but in
accordance to the Definitions of the Law. We have such a Law Christ Himself.

"Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to
abolish them but to fulfil them. NIV
The New Covenant does not abolish the Law; rather, it establishes a new dispensation of the
Law. In the New Covenant, Law is administrated first and foremost in the human heart in
order to produce human transformation before outer action (Heb. 8:10), however, in the
Old Covenant, the emphasis is simply on outer performance (Rom. 10:5). The Law of Moses
did not transform the human heart (Heb. 9:9). So in both Old and New Covenants, we have
Law. The difference is in the administration of that same Law and not the Law itself. In the
New Covenant, transformation takes priority over legalistic performance inner revelation
takes priority over legalistic information (Matt. 23:25-26).
Kingdom Citizens must therefore conduct their lives according to the Law of Christ. Kingdom
Citizens do not simply know Scripture verses but also the application of the Knowledge
System of Christ in the processes of Human Life. Hence, they must be trained to administer
the Word of God within different components and processes of Human Life.
7) Church as the expression of Kingdom Citizenship in the Earth

Not only are Saints called to exist as Kingdom Citizens, but the Church is called to be the
very expression of Citizenship. GKC establishes a fresh new reality of Church as an
expression of Kingdom Citizenship.
Ephesians 2:12&19
Remember that at that time you were separate from Christ, excluded from citizenship in
Israel and foreigners to the covenants of the promise, without hope and without God in the
world. 19 Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with
God's people and members of God's household, NIV
Philippians 3:20
But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus
Christ, NIV
Church is not primarily an expression of Ceremonial Activity but also of Citizenship the
Civil Order of the Kingdom of God.

Citizenship is the way and process of Definition, Development and Administration of

Human Life. Citizenship implies the following:
The Church has a defined and coherent Knowledge System for the administration of
Human Life.
The Church establishes the cause for Justice as the Core reality of its Faith and
Existence just as Justice is the foundation of the throne of God.
The Church has a defined and coherent Socio-Economic Order.
The Church has a defined and coherent Worldview.
These issues of Kingdom Citizenship imply that the Doctrine of Church must have a Systemic
element to it. There is a new Prophetic Imperative in GKC, for Saints from all Educational
Backgrounds to be taught about the vast systemic dimensions of Human Life in Christ (the
more mature dimensions) and not only elements that have to do with Personal Spirituality.
This will open the Church to new dimensions of Doctrine it will activate Kingdom
Education in the Church.
8) A New Structure of Belief System: We Believe in God and in the System of

God for Human Life (the Kosmos of God)
GKC facilitates the advancement of our Belief System to include belief in the System of God
for Human Life (the kosmos: an orderly arrangement of Human Life). Church has fully
represented the reality of God as the Creator of Human Life. It must now powerfully possess
Knowledge of the Kosmos (the Orderly Arrangement) as it relates to the Structure of Human
Life in Christ. GKC will powerfully establish a Church that possesses a coherent Belief System
in the Order of Human Life. It will remove the lingering authority of personal opinion when
it comes to Matters of Human Life and replace it with a Scripture based Worldview. Church
shall therefore establish Personal Development Models, Family Models, Social Models,
Business-Economic Models and Political Models that are consistent with the Definitions of
Scripture. This shall further help unite the Church around a coherent and comprehensive
Belief System, both in the Nature of God and in the Arrangement of Human Life. There will
be new powerful teachings to help the Church to be conversant with the Nature and
Processes of Human Life in Christ.

9) Kingdom Advocacy: GKC & the Gospel of the Kingdom of God

Matthew 24:14
And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all
nations, and then the end will come. NIV
In this Season of GKC, the Gospel of the Kingdom shall extend itself beyond the sphere of
Personal Human Redemption (Personal Salvation) to include Definitions for FellowCitizenship and Co-existence. This is a new aspect of the Gospel of the Kingdom that shall
release fresh Definition, Proclamation and Advocacy in the area of Human Relations and Coexistence of mankind. This Gospel shall speak authoritatively into the areas of Racism and
other forms of Intolerance. It will bring the saints beyond the point of good intention in
the area of Human Relations, to a place of Knowledge of the Process and Arrangement of
Collective Human Existence. There will be a fresh new emphasis and revelation on
Scriptures like, love your neighbour as yourself. God will enable the Church to see the
Systemic Nature of such Scriptures. There is therefore a new, powerful and systemic
oriented Gospel coming upon the Church in this Hour.
10)
A New Political Dimension of Christ
GKC shall produce a new spiritually conscious Political Dimension of Christ in the Saints, to
execute Justice in the Earth on behalf of God.
Through GKC, the Spirit of Christ is activating the Political Dimension in the hearts of the
Saints. I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is
called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and makes war. (Rev. 19:11) NIV
Christ is moving through His Church to destroy the System of Lawlessness:
2 Thessalonians 2:3&8
3 Don't let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion
occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. 8 And then
the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his
mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming.
Esther Believers are being activated across the Body of Christ, to go and confront Systems
of Authority (Kings) on the Issue of Justice. Nehemiah Believers are being activated with
massive visions and leadership capacity for Community Mobilization and Development.
They will go into territories where Governments and Nations have attempted to, and be
able to reform Communities.
Through Christ the Last Adam, GKC is releasing a new Anointing to the Church for
Community Development. God is releasing a Political Imperative for Community
Development and Guardianship in a way that no other Anointing or Movement has done
before.

GKC therefore represents a New Priesthood of Believers a New Cadre of competent

Believers in the Kingdom of God, able to advance Kingdom Purpose right in the midst of
hostile Structures of Human Life. Churches must prepare to equip and activate these
Believers through Teaching and Prophetic Commissioning. Elders of Churches must develop
capacity to lead and resource these Believers.
Esther and Nehemiah

Daniel and Joseph have been identified in the Church as a representation of the Grace from
God that empowers the Saints to function in the dimensions of Governance and Commerce.
Esther and Nehemiah represent the New Grace coming to the Church. This Grace will
activate the Saints in the dimensions of Kingdom Advocacy (Esther) and Community
Development (Nehemiah).
Adam: Defining the New Political Frequency

Adam was placed by God in the Garden, to take care of it (Gen. 2:15). He therefore
represents the ability to administer Human Life he represents Community Administration
(Gen. 2:15). There is a new Prophetic Frequency of Civilian Politics and Community
Administration coming upon the Earth. It will be produced primarily by the new Revelation
of Christ as Adam. It will activate Esther-Nehemiah Believers in the Church, and it will also
impact the Politics of Nations.
There will be a Paradigm Shift in the Politics of Nations. Citizens and Communities will rise
up and mobilize themselves for Development. They will engage in Civilian Politics, which is
different from Partisan Politics. Governments will continue to function as institutions
established by God and which must be honoured by all (Rom. 13:1, 1 Pet. 2:13). However,
Citizens will receive a new burden to engage in the Development of their Communities. This
will be partly caused by the complexity of crises coming upon the Earth. More and more,
Governments will find it difficult to provide Solutions to Communities. This will result in the
activation and mobilization of Communities in the area of Local Community Development.
Some will be called like Nehemiah, to leave their formal employment and avail their skills in
the Community Development Process (see Nehemiah ch. 1&2). As in the case of Nehemiah,
this will facilitate Skills Transfer to under-privileged Regions and Communities.
This will result in a more dynamic Citizenship in Nations, fully engaged in Human
Development Processes. It will therefore require a new kind of Political Leadership, able to
collaborate with Communities as they engage in Development.

CHAPTER 6:
GKC AND THE REQUIREMENT FOR A NEW CONFIGURATION OF LEADERSHIP
IN THE CHURCH
Hebrews 7:11-17
11 If perfection could have been attained through the Levitical priesthood (for on the basis of
it the law was given to the people), why was there still need for another priest to come one
in the order of Melchizedek, not in the order of Aaron? 12 For when there is a change of the
priesthood, there must also be a change of the law. 13 He of whom these things are said
belonged to a different tribe, and no one from that tribe has ever served at the altar. 14 For
it is clear that our Lord descended from Judah, and in regard to that tribe Moses said nothing
about priests. 15 And what we have said is even more clear if another priest like Melchizedek
appears, 16 one who has become a priest not on the basis of a regulation as to his ancestry
but on the basis of the power of an indestructible life. 17 For it is declared: "You are a priest
forever, in the order of Melchizedek." NIV
The new features and spiritual characteristics of the Church, outlined in this Book, imply
that there is now a requirement for a New Configuration of Leadership or New Priesthood in
the Church. Priesthood represents administration of the Purpose of God. When God
evolves His Purpose, He also requires new Leadership Systems in the Earth. Hebrews 7:11
clearly declares to us that there must be Change of Priesthood (Leadership Systems), if we
are to reach Perfection or Completion of Divine Purpose.
New Characteristics of Leadership in the Church:
There is a requirement for New Leaders, who do not only gather people into an
Assembly but who can administer the Organization of Human Life in Christ
(Civilization Administrators).
There is a requirement for New Leaders, who can administer the Word of God not
only in the area of Personal Spirituality, but also in the areas of Humanity and
Citizenship.
There is a requirement for New Leaders, who whilst engaged in their God-given
Operations in their Churches, possess a common Vision for a collective Movement to
Perfection of Human Life in the Body of Christ (Col. 1:28, Eph 4:13) - Leaders who
have a Burden for Church to possess a Shared Humanity in Christ. Leaders who
therefore can facilitate Integration, Unity and Coherence in the Body of Christ.
There is a requirement for New Leaders, who are not only good Teachers of the
Word of God but who can develop Knowledge Systems that define various
components of Human Life.
There is a requirement for New Leaders, who are able to equip the Saints in the
areas of Kingdom Citizenship and the Political Dimension of Christ.
There is a requirement for New Leaders with New Sight of Christ as the Last Adam.

A new configuration of Leadership and the Office of the Elder

There are two ranking structures in the Church that have been given for the Purpose of
Government and Administration:
Elders (Leaders or Governors)
Deacons (Administrators or Operational Officers)
Philippians 1:1
Paul and Timothy, servants of Christ Jesus, To all the saints in Christ Jesus at Philippi,
together with the overseers and deacons: NIV (see also 1 Tim. 3:1&8).
Over and above the Offices of Elder and Deacon, there are also Grace (Resource)
Dimensions of Christ in the Church (five-fold ministry) that have been given for the
Development of Church.
Ephesians 4:11-12
11 It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists,
and some to be pastors and teachers, 12 to prepare God's people for works of service, so
that the body of Christ may be built up. NIV
The Scripture uses the words Elder, Bishop or Overseer interchangeably, meaning that
all these words are pointing to one and the same rank and functionality.
1 Peter 5:1-3
1 To the elders among you, I appeal as a fellow elder, a witness of Christ's sufferings and one
who also will share in the glory to be revealed: 2 Be shepherds of God's flock that is under
your care, serving as overseers-not because you must, but because you are willing, as God
wants you to be; not greedy for money, but eager to serve; 3 not lording it over those
entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock. NIV
Acts 20:17-28
17 From Miletus, Paul sent to Ephesus for the elders of the church. 28 Keep watch over
yourselves and all the flock of which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers. Be shepherds of
the church of God, which he bought with his own blood. NIV

and appoint elders in every town, as I directed you. 7 Since an overseer is entrusted with
God's work, he must be blameless-not overbearing, not quick-tempered, not given to

What do the above Scriptures reveal? Elders are Bishops (Overseers) and Shepherds.
The word Elder (presbuteros): a man of rank with responsibility to manage public affairs.
In Ancient Cities, Elders sat at the Gate to govern the affairs of the city (Prov. 31:23, Job
29:7).
The word Overseer or Bishop (episkopos): a watchman, the overseer of public works,
an inspector, a superintendent. In the City of Athens, Bishops were magistrates sent to
outlying cities to organize and govern them. The word primarily means to peer, to look
about, to set a goal.
The word Shepherd (poimen): to feed, to take care of people. The word was used to refer
to the governing duty of kings and princes in relation to their people. It basically means to
administrate human life; to facilitate development of human life through knowledge; to
direct human life through law.
GKC is released by God to further develop the Office of the Elder or Bishop in the Church.
The New GKC Characteristics of Church Leadership enable Elders of Churches (Pastors) to be
Governors of a Civilization in Christ. These characteristics broaden the elders scope of
function from facilitating Ceremonial Systems to one of Administrating the Organization of
Human Life in Christ. In this context, Church Elders therefore do not suddenly activate on
Sunday morning but are engaged in an ongoing Process of Development of Human Life. This
includes the following:
Definition of the Vision of Human Life in Christ (the Arrangement of Human Life in
Christ).
Development of Knowledge Systems (Doctrine) that facilitate Human Development.
Teaching and Training (Kingdom Education).
Administration of Human Life in Christ.
Development of Human and Organizational Systems in order to facilitate Human

Development in the Church.
A new configuration of leadership is being raised by God in this Season of GKC.

GKC AND THE NATIONS

subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature

earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live.

GKC represents Gods ability to advance through the Church and impact Nations. In order to
facilitate Nations Impact, we have to build the Adamic reality in the Church. From one man
(Adam) he made every nation of men (Acts 17:26). For Church to impact Nations, it must
break Ceremonialism and become a Civilization an Organization of Human Life in Christ.
Impacting Nations goes beyond mobilizing a Collection of Churches. It should fundamentally
involve establishing a System of Human Life, on the ground, that is visible within
Communities (a Light on the table). This is a much more sustainable Nations Impact Model.

Ephesians 3:10
His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made
known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, NIV.
We cannot impact Nations through random sermons, and we cannot impact Nations
through Teachings that are limited to Spirituality and Ceremonial Life. To impact Nations,
we need a coherent Knowledge System across the Church, that speaks into the vast
Arrangements of Human Life. This is what GKC is here to establish in the Church.
This is what enables Elders of Churches (Pastors) to be Governors of Human Life (Human
Civilization in Christ).
It is a great Day in the Kingdom of God!
What is God Doing in this Season?
He is giving Church a New Name a New Prophetic Definition to exist and function
as a Global Kingdom Civilization in the Earth, the expressed Organization of Human
Life in Christ.
He is releasing a New Impartation of the Nature of Christ the Civil Dimension of

Christ Definitions, Arrangements and Processes of Human Life in Christ.
He is organizing Church according to the three spheres of the Civil Dimension of

Christ: Spirituality, Humanity and Citizenship.
He is establishing Church as the expression of the Civil Order of the Kingdom of God.

THE WAY FORWARD
Imparting the Vision of GKC to the Saints, Leaders and Churches
Habakkuk 2:2-3
2 Then the LORD answered me and said: "Write the vision (the revelation, oracle or
prophecy) and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it. 3 For the vision is yet
for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait
for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry. NKJV
The prophecy must be written down so that it can be engaged. Engagement of the Prophecy
by Church, facilitates activation in the Purposes of God. The Saints are able to run and
fulfil that which is in the heart of God. This is the spirit behind and the objective for the
writing of this Book.
Romans 10:14-17
14 How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe
in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone
preaching to them? 15 And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How
beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!" 17 Consequently, faith comes from
hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ. NIV

When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other
apostles, "Brothers, what shall we do?" NIV
The Purpose of this Prophetic Declaration is to facilitate Movement to a New Faith Position
in the Church. It is to activate the Church (you) in the Purposes of God arriving in the Earth
in this Season.
This Word of the Lord proclaims the Design of Church in this Season:
Ezekiel 43:11
make known to them the design of the temple-its arrangement, its exits and entrances-its
whole design and all its regulations and laws. Write these down before them so that they
may be faithful to its design and follow all its regulations. NIV
God is changing the Priesthood of the Church (Heb. 7:11-12). Priesthood represents the
administration of the Purpose of God. There is a new dispensation of the Purposes of God
being established in the Church. It will change the face of the Church before the Nations of
the World (Isa. 52:13-15).

In the midst of all of this, what must the Church do? What must you do?
The following points are simple steps that we can all immediately engage, as we facilitate
the Purpose of God in this New Season:
We must believe the Word of the Lord we must move internally to a New Faith
Position consistent with the New Requirements of the Lord.
As we align to the Movement of the Kingdom of God, we must renew our minds (we
must repent: metanoeo change our minds) in order to fully appropriate
Definitions and Positions of the New Season (Rom 12:2, Matt. 3:2).
We must accept the Invitation of the Lord, to engage the Journey of discovering the
fullness of the Grace and Dimension of GKC.
We must engage the Proclamation and Teaching coming from the Lord, so that we
can be baptised into Global Kingdom Civilization (Acts 10:44).
We must camp around and emphasise the New Word of the Lord.
We must fully participate in the GKC Development Process.
We must allow the Word of the Lord to transform our Hearts, Humanity and
Churches.
We must move to New Systems of Church and New Church Operations in alignment
to the Emphases of GKC.
We must obey the Word of the Lord as Individual Believers, Leaders and Churches.
GKC DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE

The Word of the Lord requires fulfilment and obedience from our side. GKC Development
Initiative is activated for this very purpose to fulfil the Word of the Lord.
GKC Development Initiative is the Ongoing Proclamation, Mobilization and Operations
engaged, to facilitate Movement toward the Formation, Development and Establishment of
Church as a Global Kingdom Civilization in the Earth.
GKC Development Initiative is comprised of Proclamations, Teachings, Prayers &
Interactions through Public Meetings, Written Resources (Publications like this one) and
Kingdom Relations.
GKC Development Initiative is activated to facilitate a Journey in the Church Movement
toward the fulfilment of the Vision of Church as a Civilization.

God requires Movement in the Church, toward Zion the City of God. He requires Movement
toward the establishment of a Civilization in the Earth.

2 Announce and proclaim among the nations, lift up a banner and proclaim it; keep nothing

Her images will be put to shame and her idols filled with terror. 4 In those days, at that
time," declares the LORD, "the people of Israel and the people of Judah together will go in
tears to seek the LORD their God. 5 They will ask the way to Zion and turn their faces toward
it. They will come and bind themselves to the LORD in an everlasting covenant that will not

GKC Development Initiative: the Issue of Faith

We are now standing at the Point of Initiation of the Purposes of God arriving in the Earth in
this Season. We have to stand upon the platform of Faith, as we reach out to the New
Things of God.
Hebrews 11:1
Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. NIV
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. NKJV
Faith (persuasion, conviction) is defined by the words substance and evidence.

The word substance (hupostasis): to place or set under, that which underlies the
apparent, that which is the basis of something. The quality of confidence which leads one to
stand under, endure, or undertake anything. Assurance, guarantee or proof.
The word evidence (elegchos): to prove something, to convict someone. The word implies
not merely the charge on the basis of which one is convicted, but the manifestation of the
truth of that charge and the results to be reaped.
Faith is substance and evidence
Faith is the support structure (hupostasis) of our expectations (our hope in God).
Faith is the persuasion that becomes the foundation upon which we stand, as we
engage the Purposes of God.
Faith is conviction that produces human transformation, obedience and action.

17 In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead. 18 Show me your faith
without deeds, and I will show you my faith by what I do. 21 Was not our ancestor Abraham
considered righteous for what he did when he offered his son Isaac on the altar? 22 You see that his
faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did. 24 You
see that a person is justified by what he does and not by faith alone. 26 As the body without the spirit
is dead, so faith without deeds is dead. NIV
According to Scriptures, Faith is human life aligned to the perceived Will of God Faith is
the human action engaged, as we facilitate the Purpose of God. The Scripture does not say
that by faith they waited for God to do things. It says that by faith they actually did things.
Faith is the human initiative that facilitates forward movement of the perceived Purpose
of God. Faith is partnership with Divine Things; it is about putting your life on the line for
the advance of the Kingdom of God.
What do we learn about Faith from the Elders? (Heb. 11:2)
Noah teaches us that Faith is Sight of the Future, that produces powerful and
sustained human action (Heb. 11:7).
Abraham teaches us that Faith must produce powerful reasoning and rationality that
has origination in the Will of God (Heb. 11:17-19). The word reasoned (logizomai)
means to take an inventory, to estimate, to conclude, to put together with one's
mind, to count, to occupy oneself with reckonings or calculations (Heb. 11:17-19).
Moses teaches us that Faith requires that we go through a process of reconstruction

of our lives, in order to align and get ready to be used by God (Heb. 11:24-27). He
teaches us that the obedience of one man can activate the Purposes of God, release
masses of people from bondage and facilitate judgement of the systems of the
World (the plagues in Egypt).
We also have the testimony of Rahab: she teaches us that Faith must bring us to a
place of conviction, cooperation with and alignment to the emphasis of the Spirit,
long before we see Earthly manifestation of Kingdom Movement. Faith empowers us
to be active facilitators of the Purpose of God through our personal lives (Heb. 11:31,
Jam. 2:25).
Faith is Human Life aligned to the perceived Will of God Faith is the human action
engaged, as we facilitate the Purpose of God.

As God initiates us in His Purpose, we must have complete Faith in His Word being able to
produce a Future through us. This faith removes doubt and delay. It empowers us to align
our lives to the Emphases of the Spirit for this Season.
We who are of Faith will not retreat.
Hebrews 10:37-39
37 For in just a very little while, "He who is coming will come and will not delay.
38 But my righteous one will live by faith. And if he shrinks back, I will not be pleased with him." 39
But we are not of those who shrink back and are destroyed, but of those who believe and are saved.

CHAPTER 9:
GKC RATIFICATION DECLARATION
This is the Global Kingdom Civilization (GKC) Ratification Declaration that was administered
by the Church Community of LivingStones Agency (LSA) in the City of Durban (South Africa)
on Sunday 8th September 2013, under the leadership of Robert Ntuli. This GKC Ratification
was declared as an act of obedience to the instruction of the Spirit of God. The Lord
instructed us to ratify that which He had revealed. New Purposes of God must be
Prophesied and Ratified by man in the Earth.
To Ratify is to affirm and to be in agreement with the Purposes of God arriving in the Earth.
God is Sovereign but He will do nothing unless He reveals His secret plans to His servants the
Prophets (Amos 3:7). The Sovereign Lord has chosen to work through Divine Partnership
with man. The function of the Prophets is to discern, confirm, agree and proclaim the Plans
of God in the Earth. In this context, Ratification is a Prophetic function.
2 Corinthians 1:20
For no matter how many promises God has made, they are "Yes" in Christ. And so through
him the "Amen" is spoken by us to the glory of God.
Psalms 68:11
The Lord announced the word, and great was the company of those who proclaimed it. NIV
Moses stood before the People and Proclaimed the Covenant and the People responded
with an Amen (Ex. 24:7). Ezra stood before the People and read the Law of God and the
People responded with repentance and agreement (Neh. 8:1-12). Peter and the Early
Believers ratified the birthing of the Church in Jerusalem with a Powerful Proclamation (Acts
2:1-4&14-16). All this means that significant Movements and Shifts in the Spirit always
require a Prophetic People to arise and ratify the New Purposes of God arriving in the Earth.
In the Spirit realm, things move by Proclamation. In the beginning, God declared things into
existence (Gen. 1:3). Abraham the Father of our faith believed in the God of Creative
Proclamation (Rom. 4:17). Reality is established by Proclamation (Heb. 11:3). The End is
facilitated by a Series of Angelic-Prophetic Proclamations (Rev. 8:2).

Today, we the people of LivingStones Agency are gathered together in the presence of the
Lord, as an act of obedience to the instruction of the Spirit of God. We are gathered
together in this day of our Migration to Proclaim, Ratify and Enact New Requirements of the
Lord in the Earth. We are gathered together for the Purpose of Ratification of the glorious
Global Kingdom Civilization.
Lord, this sacred Assembly is an outcome of a Divine Process that has been brewing in our
hearts since the primitive phases of our Journey. You brought us forth as a Community
through powerful Apostolic Proclamation and revealed your Kingdom to us. You started our
Journey through Apostolic Grace. You connected us to Brothers and Sisters across the
Nations of the World people of same values, emphasis and pursuit.
Our Journey connects to the beloved Body of Christ that you are actively building unto
Perfection Believers of all Races, Culture and Gender across the Nations of the World, who
have been touched by the power of your saving grace and the Holy Spirit.
Our Journey is connected to the lives of the Patriarchs, Kings, Priests, Prophets, Apostles and
all the Holy Saints who fought the Darkness by the Light of their lives and ensured the
advancement of your Kingdom.
Our Journey is connected to those you will touch from now onwards and bring to the
Revelation of your Lordship and Kingdom, those yet to be born and those already in the
Earth - who are chained by the Darkness, waiting for the Day of Redemption.
We therefore stand in your Presence Oh Lord, as a Representation of the Advancement of
the Purpose of God in the Body of Christ.

Father, you came and revealed your Son to us as a Civilian a Kingdom Citizen the Last
Adam. You revealed your Son as the Pattern of our Humanity, Human Existence and
Citizenship in the Earth. You revealed to us that this Civil Dimension of Christ is the main
characteristic and thrust of the Spirit of God towards the Church and the Earth in this Hour.
This is the main thing that must now be built in the Church.
You spoke to us about the Change of Priesthood and the establishment of a New Order of
Church, unlike the former. You spoke to us about not only believing in you, but also in Your
System of Human Life. You spoke to us about the breaking of Structural Marginalization in
the Church and the inclusion of Judah back to the Altar of Sacrifice.
You showed us that Adam is the First Block and the First Image in the Structure of your
Word the Genesis of all things and therefore the First Block and Image in the Structure
of your Mind. We therefore saw that Christ, the Last Adam, is the Doctrinal Emphasis and
the Building Platform of this New Season. Through Adam, we saw that Human and Civil
Development is the foremost thought in the Mind of God and becomes the main focus of
the Church in this New Season.
You revealed to us that Human and Civil Development, and not Ceremonialism, is the
Framework of Scripture - and that the Word of God is our Alpha System, the starting place
of our thought process and perspective.
You revealed to us that the Kingdom of God is moving and establishing itself within the Civil
Dimension of human life and that Church is assuming a Strong Civil Dimension in the midst
of the Nations of the World.

You spoke to us about Global Kingdom Civilization, the defining structure of Church and
Human Life in this New Season. We have seen Zion - the City that was revealed to our
forefathers Abraham, Ezekiel and John. We have seen that which many Prophets and
Righteous Men longed to see in the former days.
In your Sovereignty, you led us through divine orchestration. You moved ahead of us and
Set the Stage in the Spirit. You led us to the reality of Kingdom Purpose arriving in the Earth.
Now God, here we are - standing together in One Faith, One Baptism, One Hope, One Heart,
One Mind and One Voice. Here we are, standing together in full obedience to Divine
Instruction and out of understanding the Power of the Law of Proclamation.
We declare this to be the time of Global Kingdom Civilization.
We declare this day to be a Moment in Time when the Purposes of the Lord enter
into the sphere of Man.
We declare that Global Kingdom Civilization is the New Emphasis of Church in this
Season.
Lord, you gave us your Word so we stand here now to proclaim it in the Heavens
and in the Earth. We declare this day to be a time of the Release, Establishment and
Advancement of Global Kingdom Civilization. We say, this is, that now which was
revealed to the Patriarchs, Prophets and Apostles. We say this is the City that
Abraham saw.

God, we now petition you - to reconfigure your interaction with the Church. Release new
Grace and Impartation, unheard of in former times.

Structures of Church. Let it redesign the Leadership Systems of Church. Let it bring
Equalization and Divine Order to the Structures of the Body.
Break the shackles of Darkness and Religion and bring Judah to the Altar. We call forth a
new Priesthood in the Church.
Global Kingdom Civilization come forth and establish yourself above the hills! Let all
Nations stream towards you, Oh Zion.
God, we believe with our hearts and make this confession with our mouths. Now let the
redemption of God begin to touch Man across the Nations of the Earth.
Release your Grace and make us Builders of this Global Kingdom Civilization. Sustain us by
your Breath in your Purposes until we finish building all that is in your Mind. Surround us by
your Presence and Angelic Power and make us faithful Stewards of your Word as we
advance your Purposes. Cause us to increase by the thousands across the earth and cause
our Offspring to possess the Gates of the Enemy.
Now God, that which we Ratify becomes Law! It cannot be cancelled, overturned, nullified
or vetoed by any system of Authority whether thrones in the Heavens or on Earth.
That which we Ratify brings Definition to the Design and Direction of Church, Nations and
Human Life as a whole. We loose Global Kingdom Civilization here on Earth. We Ratify the
new Definers and Imperatives of Global Kingdom Civilization.
Now loose it God, in Heaven. Loose the New Architecture and the New Child.

Church is on a Journey of Development in Christ (Eph. 4:13, Prov. 4:18). God is now moving
the Church to a New Season of His Purpose. There is a time for everything, and a Season for
every activity under Heaven (Eccl. 3:1). God changes times and seasons; He sets up kings and
deposes them. He gives wisdom (skilful administration in the development of Church) to the
wise Dan. 2:21. In this Season, God is doing a New Thing in the Earth (Isa. 43:18, Isa. 48:68). He is revealing aspects of His Purpose, which former generations were not permitted to
see (Matt. 13:17, Eph. 3:5). God does not change; He is the same yesterday, today and
forever (Heb. 13:8). However, Church keeps growing in the Knowledge of God (Prov. 4:18,
Col. 1:10, Heb. 6:1). Church is entering a New Season of Development. God is giving us a New
Name a New Prophetic Definition (Isa. 62:2). There is a New Dimension of Christ coming to
the Church. Like the Sons of Issachar, we have to know the Times and Seasons of God, in
order to engage in accurate Life and Church Development Processes in the Earth (1 Chron.
12:23&32). We have to observe or administer the Time of our Migration (Jer. 8:7). We have
to engage in Migration and Pilgrimage as we move to a new Prophetic location in the Spirit
(Ps. 84:5-7). God is inviting us to a Journey of Faith, in order to discover new Positions &
Systems of the Kingdom of God (Jer. 50:4-5, Matt. 13:45). This Book contains the Word of
the Lord to the Body of Christ, the Vision of Church as a Global Kingdom Civilization. This is
the current Prophetic Emphasis, in the Season that Church is now entering into. As Believers
and Church Leaders, we are all invited to engage this Word of the Lord, as we step into new
Revelation of the Identity and Functionality of Church in this Season.
Robert Ntuli is the Senior Elder of LivingStones Agency a Church that is based in Durban,

LivingStones Agency (LSA) is a Church Community that is based in Durban, South Africa. LSA
is built with a strong value of Community Life. At LSA, we are fully engaged in the Apostolic
Call from God to function as a Pioneering Agent of Global Kingdom Civilization (GKC). We
are engaged in the Development of the Civil Dimension of Christ the New Impartation of
the Nature of Christ coming to the Church in this Season. We are equipping the Saints in the
Definitions, Arrangements and Processes of Human Life in Christ. Our Building Process is
designed to develop the Church in the spheres of Spirituality, Humanity and Citizenship, in
order to fully express Christ-likeness and the Kingdom of God in the Earth.

Church is on a Journey of Development in Christ (Eph. 4:13, Prov. 4:18). God is now moving the
Church to a New Season of His Purpose. There is a time for everything, and a Season for every activity
under Heaven (Eccl. 3:1). God changes times and seasons; He sets up kings and deposes them. He
gives wisdom (skilful administration in the development of Church) to the wise Dan. 2:21. In this
Season, God is doing a New Thing in the Earth (Isa. 43:18, Isa. 48:6-8). He is revealing aspects of His
Purpose, which former generations were not permitted to see (Matt. 13:17, Eph. 3:5). God does not
change; He is the same yesterday, today and forever (Heb. 13:8). However, Church keeps growing in
the Knowledge of God (Prov. 4:18, Col. 1:10, Heb. 6:1). Church is entering a New Season of
Development. God is giving us a New Name a New Prophetic Definition (Isa. 62:2). There is a New
Dimension of Christ coming to the Church. Like the Sons of Issachar, we have to know the Times and
Seasons of God, in order to engage in accurate Life and Church Development Processes in the Earth
(1 Chron. 12:23&32). We have to observe or administer the Time of our Migration (Jer. 8:7). We have
to engage in Migration and Pilgrimage as we move to a new Prophetic location in the Spirit (Ps. 84:57). God is inviting us to a Journey of Faith, in order to discover new Positions & Systems of the
Kingdom of God (Jer. 50:4-5, Matt. 13:45). This Book contains the Word of the Lord to the Body of
Christ, the Vision of Church as a Global Kingdom Civilization. This is the current Prophetic Emphasis,
in the Season that Church is now entering into. As Believers and Church Leaders, we are all invited to
engage this Word of the Lord, as we step into new Revelation of the Identity and Functionality of
Church in this Season.
Robert Ntuli is the Senior Elder of LivingStones Agency a Church that is

based in Durban, South Africa. Robert is married to Zamo and they have two
children, Malusi (whose name means Shepherd) and Khanyiso (whose name
means Civilization). Robert received a Word from God in 2004 - that spoke of
Church entering a Season of significant Change. In 2007, he received the
Vision of Church as a Civilization. He has been believing God and teaching on
this subject since then.
