PAUL HICKEY is the Founding Partner of Hickey Freihofner
Capital (HF Cap, www.hfcap.com), a New York based investment
bank which focuses on raising capital for fast growth impact
companies. Prior to starting HF Cap, Mr. Hickey was the founder
and CEO of Q Comm, an international transaction technology
company which he took public and listed on AMEX. Additionally,
he has advised many fast growth companies on strategy and
maximizing profits. We were excited to take Rain on as a client at
HF Cap and they became our first and only network marketing
company that we raised money for.

THE SEED COMPANY: Tiny, nutrient-rich seeds are the foundation of our product. We source
only the most nutrient dense, scientifically researched, and healthful seeds on the planetall of
which are pure and non-GMO.
The secret isnt just the seeds, but how we unlock the
concentrated nutrition within those seeds. We use a unique
cold pressed process that separates the seed fiber from the

BLACK CUMIN SEED (Also known as Black Seed, or Nigella Sativa)
has a history that spans over 2500 years, making it one of the safest
natural elements for human consumption. Black cumin seed is an
adaptogen, which means it is an agent causing adaptive reactions.
It has the ability to increase the resistance of the human body,
protecting it against various conditions. Clinical trials have shown that
black cumin seed oil promotes good health and is considered to be
one of the greatest beneficial substances of all time.*
proanthocyanidins, which have proven to have a special value for brain health
and cognitive function due to their free radical quenching and collagen
protecting effects. Proanthocyanidins have been proven to be especially

TEAM COMMISSIONS
Each RP has a right team and left team. Team Commissions are paid weekly and
are based on Commissionable Volume off your lesser team. This promotes a team
spirit, motivates from within, and creates urgency as the team continues to build
down. This gives you incentive to help those RPs on your team achieve success.
COMPENSATION PLAN
GENERATION MATCH
Get approximately 10% of your teams commissions in a matching bonus up to 7
generations of leadership, not 7 levels, 7 generations could be hundreds of levels
deep!
LEADERSHIP BONUS
Every week, Rain International sets aside three percent (3%) of Total Company
Commissionable Volume to the Leadership Bonus Pool. Every RP achieving and
being Paid as a Manager or above receives Bonus Pool based on the allocation
of share(s).
LIFESTYLE BONUS
The lifestyle bonus is just that, money to help improve, and increase your lifestyle.
As you hit higher ranks in the compensation plan, you get an additional bonus
every single week. We have a weekly compensation plan, we pay every Friday
and on top of everything else we pay extra hundreds of dollars based on your
level, every single week.

QUALIFICATIONS
ASSOCIATE
Paying the Membership Fee gives one the Rank of Associate. Upon registration and receiving a RP
number, the Rank of Partner is given.
RAIN ASSOCIATE
A Partner becomes a Rain Associate upon paying the Membership Fee and placing an Enrollment
Order at the time of registration and still active.
MANAGER RANKS
MANAGER
Must be Active during the Qualification Period at a minimum of 50 PVQ; Must have at least two
(2) personally sponsored Active RPs; and Must have at least 300 CV in Lesser Leg for the current
Bonus Period. Must be Commission Qualified.
SENIOR MANAGER
Must be Active during the Qualification Period; Must have at least two (2) personally sponsored
Active RPs; Must have at least 700 CV in Lesser Leg for the current Bonus Period; Must be
Commission Qualified.
EXECUTIVE RANKS
BRONZE EXECUTIVE
Must be Active during the Qualification Period; Must have at least one (1) Paid As Active Manager
Enrollment Leg; and Must have at least 1,500 CV in Lesser Leg for the current Bonus Period; and

Enrollment Legs; Must have at least 20,000 Total Group Volume of which no more than fifty
percent (50%) can come from any one Enrollment Leg, and at least 5,000 CV in the Binary Lesser
Leg for the current Bonus Period. Both volume requirements are needed for three (3) consecutive
weeks; and Must be Commission Qualified.
DIAMOND ELITE
Must be Active
during the Qualification Period; Must have at least seven (7) Paid As Active
Manager Enrollment Legs; Must have at least 25,000 in Total Group Volume of which no more
than fifty percent (50%) can come from any one Enrollment Leg, and at least 5,000 CV in the
Binary Lesser Leg for the current Bonus Period. Both volume requirements are needed for four
(4) consecutive weeks; and Must be Commission Qualified.
