This project is designed to improve the sales and analyse sales

forecasting by identifying the key factors like the total sales revenue on a
monthly and quarterly basis on the region and the sale amount

I was interacted with the onsite team and client for the business requirement in a good manner and
delivered the requirement within the stipulated time and maintained good rapport with them.

I was contributed in business requirement, data modelling, reporting and unit testing. Developed sample
reports and modified as per the requirement of client until finalization and given end user training.

Suggested modifications in the analysis of reports in various Dashboards and Scorecards to analyse the
entire key business process in single report.

I was mainly responsible for interacting with the client, delivering reports in time and unit testing the
generated reports.

1. Was your solution implemented? If so, describe the role, if any, you had

Yes. I was played a key role for implementation of BI analysis reports by using MSTR(Microstrategy)
tool. By using these reports, the client was able to identify the sales forecasting, get the information
daily revenue, goals and information on employees. The client was able to focus on the areas where the
sales are down fall.
2. Assess the overall success or failure of the project. Comment on client
satisfaction, attainment of objectives, and ultimate versus proposed
cost and schedule.
The project was very good success, client was satisfied with the quality of work was delivered. Client
was able to identify the sales forecasting, get the information daily revenue, goals and information on
employees. The client was able to focus on the areas where the sales are down fall.
