1.3.3. Kp is capacity factor corresponding with total capacity under the design
of TPP.
1.3.4. Kv is zone, regional factor corresponding with places of locating TPPs.
1.3.5. P is total capacity under design of TPP, including one unit or many
units.
1.3.6. Standard emission cubic meter (Nm3) is cubic meter of emission at 25 0C
and absolute pressure at 760mm of mercury.
2. Technical regulation
2.1. The maximum allowed concentration of pollution parameters in emission of
thermal power industry is calculated as follows:

3.2. In case of absence of any national standards to determine the concentration
of pollution parameters in emission of thermal power industry as prescribed
in this Regulation, it shall apply international standards which are
equivalent or more accurate than national standards.
4. Organizations of implementation
4.1. This regulation substitutes the application of TCVN 7440:2005 the
standard of emission on TP industry is issued and attached to MONRE
Decision No. 07/2005/QD-BTNMT dated 20th September 2005 in respect of
mandatory application for TCVN 7440:2005 Regulation of emission on
